I called and booked an appointment and they said they would show up at a specific time and I waited around for them. They didn't even have the courtesy to call and say that that they had to cancel or reschedule or anything because they're too busy or what. The next day I called to see what happened and I was assured that the repairman would call. He never did. I do believe in working with local neighbourhood businesses but seriously, you're better off calling other appliance services because that was basically non-service.
