Jerk - I wasn't even involved in a case but he demanded all my records despite objections of parent. Produced agreed order from three year old case to justify. Wasted my time and my lawyer's time demanding records which would ultimately hurt his client - would have told him if he at least pretended to be civil. read more

had a consultation today, and walked out about midway through it. all he did was talk about irrelevant cases from his past, and made SEVERAL sexual comments. he went on a tirade about sexual things, too. made me extremely uncomfortable. I just couldn't sit and listen to it anymore. his comments were disgusting, and everytime I would try and answer his questions, he would interrupt me, and tell me what I was saying didn't matter. I didn't understand why he was asking questions if he wouldn't listen to my answers. the main reason why I left is bc he basically only talked about sex the whole time I was in there. absolutely disgusting. if you're a woman, don't go in there alone. read more

My mother and I met with Mr. Tabb at his office to discuss a wrongful death case about my grandmother. We have had many problems with another attorney on the case, so we were looking for Mr. Tabb to hopefully provide some answers. During the one hour meeting, Mr. Tabb told five lengthy and irrelevant stories that provided no legal insight to our current situation. Mr. Tabb could not stay on topic and most of the stories had sexual context involved which made myself and my mother very uncomfortable. On top of that, Mr. Tabb was pressuring us into using his firm for estate work with a very expensive upfront payment instead of helping us solve the problem we were consulting him about. I am highly disappointed in Mr. Tabb and couldn't believe how unprofessional and inappropriate he was. read more

A little background, I have custody of my daughter since my divorce 3 years ago. I have recently started dating and my ex has filed what I know now is referred to as a revenge filing, trying to get full custody or our daughter. I met with Mr. Tabb to discuss representing me in this case. Upon entering his office I was not greeted by either of the ladies working there but I was greeted by two dogs who immediately began to sniff and lick me. Its not that I do not like dogs but I had to be at work after my appointment and did not want to go in covered in hair or smell like dogs. I spoke to one of the ladies in the office to let her know who I was and that I had an appointment, I then took a seat. In the 40 minutes that I waited for Mr. Tabb, with the dogs in the lobby area, the two ladies that worked for him talked about many inappropriate things such as former and current clients, other attorneys and their staff and, things in their personal life. I could hear Mr. Tabb talking to a female client behind a closed door. Right at 40 minutes of waiting one of the ladies in the office opened the door to the office and told Mr. Tabb to finish up. Upon entering Mr. Tabb's office I introduced myself. He did not. He did not apologize for my lengthy wait. His exact words, "What do you need?" I discussed my case with Mr. Tabb as well as showing him all paperwork involved. He told me many times my case was a lost cause and my prior attorney, who has relocated out of state, was a moron and my divorce was not handled properly. He then told me of two current cases and client names in which they were similar to mine that were not going to be easy to win. He continued to tell me that my actions and thoughts about my case were "stupid", "dumb", and "moronic." Keep in mind this was an initial consultation, I had not yet retained him for his services. Mr. Tabb was very rude and unprofessional while I was in his office. His staff was unprofessional. I will never recommend him to anyone nor will I consider him for any legal issues. read more
