The food here is decent, but the atmosphere is fantastic! To feel like a real, loud, laughing Spaniard have a seat at the bar and start drinking. The tiny place was packed to the gills and to be in the middle of it all was energizing and fun. We even had our 10 month old son with us. A baby at the bar, no problem! We weren't the only ones either. We had the pulpo, croquetas, a salmon roll, and some artichokes. The salmon roll was delicious, the rest was good but not great. But like I said, the atmosphere is worth the trip. And the food is cheap, so you can't feel guilty about sitting for hours and soaking up some local good cheer. Was on vacation in Tenerife, and wandered at random into Taberna Ramon for lunch. Great surprise, friendly staff, and good food. I was not sure from the outside, but when we walked in, it looked like all locals and it was full. They knew something. So we stayed and that was a great call!!!
