I have been living here for a year and a half and they are charging me for maintance to come and clear my bathtub drain that has built up hair since last year and they are charging me 245 dollars for that and I have 2 more invoices to pay just for a 5 second job in the kitchen, the lady said Oh Loretta told you about it no she didn't even my boyfriend said the same thing and if she did I would of told my mom and my mom didn't hear it either.This ridiculous and bull shit. No correspondence for rental applicants after initial email response and even then we had to call them to get one. Applied almost the full three mos before they ran a credit check for cosignor. Again, no correspondence. Applicant has three sources of income, one of which covers the rental property alone and still doesn't qualify somehow. Two dif ladies have answered phones and first was rude by telling to speak Andrea. Next time I call another lady says "no Andrea here".... Weird. The. If you have rental property DO. NOT LET THEM MANAGE IT .! If you need rental do not waste your money on the application fees ($70 in our case)... imagine the money they're making just taking application fees and telling people they don't qualify when they clearly can cover costs. read more

Horrible property management I usually don't post anything unless it's great or really has issues and this place has all the issues. I recently got out of an apartment because they will not come out and fix my appliances I had a newborn baby durning the summer and they didn't come to fix my air conditioner. We left the place clean still charged us for cleaning services and everything that was already broken in the apartment when we first moved in and didn't give us our security deposit. I would give them no stars if I could and only if you really had nowhere to go come and rent here and just leave the place like trash because you will not get a deposit back. Table mountain realty is nothing but garbage they pray on first time buyers My daughter and my son bought there house from a worker there that his sister used to own this house who is also a realtor at that real estate company they were excited not knowing what to look for they took advantage of that The septic didn't pass inspection The deck had holes in it and my daughter inlaw broke her foot. The fireplace doesn't work it flows smoke all into the house, Central heating and air doesn't work . So not only are they overheated in the summer they're freezing in the winter with four small Children. The garbage disposal does not work, The toilets keep backing up because the septic isn't done right, whoever did the leech lines didn't do it right they don't even match the blueprint so they had to have an inspector come out and pay thousands of dollars for that. These are things that didn't break down right away but they knew that they were faulty when they sold the house this house belong to the sister of the guy that sold the house to her it's on canyon highland Drive that and there's other things wrong with the house and it's just a mess it's a money pit these poor kids would thought they were going to start out great but they did nothing but rip them off they shouldn't even have their license shame on them I would rather be homeless when you get a house through them because they don't care they got their pockets laying near these kids are trying to get through the winter with no heating they can't use a fireplace because it backs smoke all into the house can't use air conditioner during the summer time so it's hotter than hell in that house The toilets are backing up because the leach lines aren't done right which they all knew the people that worked at that company they know and they probably have the inspectors in their pockets. This property manager is incredibly inept. In 30 years of owning a home in Oroville, this was the first time I hired a Manager and it was a horrible experience. These people can not manage anything and as the owner, I have had constant problems. The tenant is not happy either. TMPM was given $7000 to get a home in good order before renting. The repairs took 6 months, they let the utilities lapse, and let the tenants break things and force me to pay for it. They did not choose well and make a good match here. WORST PROPERTY MANAGEMENT EVER!!!!. Horrible customer service. Horrible workers. Horrible everything. Recently just moved out of my rental home and I literally scrub and clean everything to the best as I could. I understand some things needed to be fix and painted but nothing to bad. My deposit was $1000 and I only receive $200 back. They charge me for things that they should have taken care of. I would expect at least half of my money back but no. They seriously are just out there for the money. Also my ac unit went out around the end of July (when it was still fucking hot!) and they never got anyone out to fix it even until the day I moved out. Seriously should have just let them clean the damn place if this was the case. They could've just kept the fucking $200 fucking money digger!! Shitty people!! read more

Me and my brother were looking to move out of our parents home and rent ourselves a house. Together we make more than 4x the rent cost and meet all of the other requirements. But because we don't have a rent history they wont consider renting us the house. And for a co-signer they want someone who makes 80k a year or more. Sorry, I don't know anyone who makes that much money. That is a ridiculous amount to charge and I will absolutely never recommend or rent from this company EVER. I will tell all my friends and family the same. The application to apply for the rental is a scam to rake in extra money from people just to turn them down after taking in the non-refundable application fee. read more

I'm a survivor of the Paradise, California wildfire. I went to Table Mountain Realty for assistance with locating a new residents. They didn't inform me that I do not meet their standards before I filled out the application. Instead, they took $30.00 from me and then pretended that they didn't Know me when I went to the appointment they gave me "to view" a unit. When I asked for a refund of my $30.00, I was told that I wouldn't get my money back. They did absolutely nothing for me but stole my money. In my opinion, this business is taking gross advantage of the Paradise fire victims who are desperate to find a place to live and have limited funds. read more

If you are renting from this place, make sure you get a copy of their "checklist" when you move out. Otherwise, you can spend 8 hours cleaning the rental for move out, and be deducted from your deposit for things such as: Cob webs on outdoor fixtures Dirty screens on the outside Paw prints in the garage Dust in the garage Loose bathroom door handle Light bulb replacement Newspapers in the mailbox You will even be deducted for things that came with the home, such as: Lock guards on cabinets (baby proofing items) My experience with this property management company wasn't too bad from start to finish, but they nickel and dime you for everything they can think of at the end. Just be sure to obtain a copy of their checklist so you know exactly what they want when you move out. Also, take your own pictures when you move in and when you move out so you can fight their ridiculous deductions; which are calculated by their own staff, not by a third party cleaner. read more

The apartment was in great condition and the grounds are kept up very very well. I was at 1150 Pine St and the area was safe and peaceful.
