We were house hunting in Portland and had several bad experiences with brokers. Now we understand why - we thought they were representing us but they were really trying to represent both sides. Chuck and I had tons of communication before our move - speaking many times over the phone and exchanging emails. The thing I love is that the staff has always been courteous and attentive. I have yet to have a bad interaction with any of the staff. Personally I bank with USAA, which is mostly online. But what I like is that WF has an ATM inside that you can take out as much as $4,000 at once. Makes it really convenient. Definitely one of the best WFs I've been to.
