We ended up getting referred to them…read morefrom a transmission rebuilder after my son's transmission went out driving home from school in Chicago to San Diego just before Christmas. Having to undertake a major repair with a shop we knew little about definitely made us a bit nervous, but from the very start Joe offered very competitive pricing and was very upfront about when he could get the work done. My son ended up having to leave the vehicle there and fly home and then go back a few weeks later for it while a used transmission was being shipped, but during that time Joe kept his car secure and even stored it inside as it was packed full. Even when there were some issues with the used transmission that we had sourced Joe worked with them on our behalf and got them to warranty it and send a different one. Today my son picked up the car and it runs beautifully.
