Then, after making dinner and putting the kids to bed, only to have everyone wake up with loud music from our Nextdoor neighbors. Signal 88 Security does not play! They always come when I call and they have given out parking sticker violations and even towed cars who park in other people's stalls. I have seen them get out of their cars to walk the site and enforce the quiet time on our property. Everyone is so much more happier now and it is nice to get some sleep again!

Ami helped to coordinate installs was a total Angel because our schedule is Hectic and our project of sorting out multiple old systems, broken sensors and contacts, and a mess left by the old company (nothing was labeled or organized) required multiple visits and at odd times- I really appreciate that the installers were committed to doing everything right even though it took more equipment and time than we originally anticipated. Also love the head engineers that are familiar with lots of systems to help with random WiFi/network errors. The systems themselves are sleek and easy to use with the app. The sensors can be delayed or disabled for certain purposes. I also accidentally set off the alarm silently, they called me and the cops, and were able to call off the cops easily once confirming it was me. Lots of nice safety features to this alarm which Scott tested to make sure they worked as needed :) We compared to another well know local company that seemed a bit outdated (no app access/control) and a giant national company (expensive setup, less local, not as individualized attention). Ultimately chose safe and sound for the excellent customer service and highly recommend!
