the most unprofessional people i've ever dealt with in the medical field. i've been seeing Anita…read morefor a couple years. just the standard check ups here and there. until a couple months ago i started having real bad back pain (in my spine, not muscles) so i called in January and was told i couldn't get in for over a month. i ended up going to the ER. a few days later. x-rays were taken and the ER doctor told me i had severe arthritis. so about 2 weeks later, Anita's office called and said they had a cancellation, so i got in. i told her what happened at the ER and she told me my insurance wouldn't cover an MRI because i had to do Physical therapy first. i was a little confused because i have extremely good insurance (by the way my insurance covers MRI's with a $30 co pay) so i hesitantly agreed. after 4 sessions of physical therapy (ATI physical therapy in deerfield, which i don't recommend either) i couldn't take any more pain. so i called Anita's office back and told them what was going on. they refused to submit an MRI authorization because i didn't "finish" physical therapy. finally after 2 weeks of arguing with them. they finally submitted it, without the necessary information, so the insurance company denied it. they were supposed to set up a peer to peer phone call to get it authorized but they simply refuse to do it. they even lied to my face and said they did. i called the third party company and they said they didn't. so now i'm stuck switching doctors and starting from square one again. the one girl i managed to talk to at Anita's office, SARAH, was completely unprofessional and rude to me, in person and over the phone. the absolute worst people in the medical field i have ever come across. i highly recommend never going there.

When I call for a prescription refill I waited over two weeks with no response! Hence, I now have a new doctor. Dr. Zielinski is very thorough and lays it on the line about your health.
