Dr. Tackett is is by far the best dental surgeon I have ever been to. If there is ever a time I will need another extraction, Dr. Tackett will be the one to do it. I have been seeing him for years, if a tooth needs pulled, he will pull it, if not he will let you know what he thinks needs to be done. I was fourteen-years-old and terrified of being put to sleep to get my wisdom teeth cut out, so he let me get them taken out awake, and he was so gentle and caring.
