He was able to replace the cap and I had no pain or problems since. I appreciate their quick attention to my needs and were able to fix the problem. A office staff came in with a breakdown of the procedures and costs. She gave me the total and my payment options. The expense was a little more than I expected but it was an emergency so I guess it will all be worth it in the long run. I am sorry I didn't catch the name of the Dr that I saw but he was very young and very knowledgeable. I would recommend this practice to anyone.

My family and I scrambled to quickly find a dentist in Louisville, Kentucky. Luckily, my daughter found Parkway Family dental and they had good reviews and they were nearby the location where we would be staying. I called the office from the airport and Michaela answered the phone, which was fortunate for me. She was professional, friendly, and she answered all my questions and got the ball rolling right away. They were able to immediately scheduled an appointment. Then, once I got to the office the next day, all of the staff were completely helpful and accommodating, even though I overslept and missed my appointment time - bad on me.
