They treat you great when you buy a 30 thousand dollar general from them but completely leave you out to dry when they screw up. Left my Polaris general with them for over 2 months. They Forgot to file claim for an issue with transmission. Called them multiple times and left messages and they would never get back to me. When I finally got mad enough they took me seriously. When I bought my brand new general from them they didn't check gearcase to make sure it was full on oil. Turns out it wasn't and now has caused transmission damage and warranty won't cover it due to me not having the gearcase oil changed out at the recommended service date. So now I'm left paying for it myself. When I dropped general off it was clean and when I came and picked it up it was filthy from sitting out back. They couldn't even bother to spray the dust off that had collected on it the whole time it sat there. Now I don't have my side by side for hunting season. This isn't the first time they have screwed me over but I have finally learned my lesson. I hope this message gets to someone and saves them from buying from this horrible business.

I spent 44,000.00 on a new Tri Glide that has electronic problems and wants to go into limp mode intermittently. I have gotten nothing but smoke blown up my ass for 6 weeks and now they tell me nothing is wrong with it !! Definitely shop somewhere else, and get your service done somewhere else !!!
