There is an outdoor patio as well as downstairs and upstairs. If you don't have reservations, then they send you upstairs but actually upstairs is pretty nice. The decor is very modern and new. I wish this restaurant was right next to my house so I can go all the time. We ordered beef carpaccio, tagliatelle bolognese, margherita pizza, and branzino fish. The branzino is 3 half fillets so you get 1.5 fish, just fyi they are not whole fish with head. It was supremely well prepared, tender, perfect seasoning and accompanied by potatoes, tomatoes, capers etc. The pizza dough is SO light and good. The pasta is excellently cooked and al dente. SO amazing. Presentation is beautiful and very well plated. Of course we over order and went for round two and ordered lasagna, another carpaccio asks Roberto pizza special. The lasagna was overly cheesy, maybe if I tried it right when I walked in hungry, it may have been better. But definitely very heavy and good to be shared. Upstairs gets pretty hot, you also get the cigarette fumes from outside and the smells of cooking fumes. Also hard to get their attention since you're out of sight. They overcharged us for three carpaccios instead of the two we ordered. I just happened to glance at the receipt while waiting for our left over pizza to be boxed up. Not sure if it was on purpose since they know we are tourists or it was a genuine mistake. Anyhow, I mentioned it and they refunded me for the extra charge oversight (?) or shady business ??? However, it's finally open for dining-in now!! Since my wife doesn't care for any raw fish, we tried some maki rolls today that she would enjoy (photos). Of course, I had to have some seafood for myself. They were all very good. My wife loved her Avocado Roll (asparagus, cucumber, takuan wrapped with sushi rice and avocados), and I really enjoyed my Salmon Roll (salmon, avocado, cucumber and sesame topped with tobiko--flyingfish roe). After finishing our initial order, we had to get some more, so we ordered Shiitake and Inari (fried tofu wrapper) makis. They both had very good flavor. Service was very good, our server was very pleasant and mostly attentive. We just had to wave him down for our check. Reservation is highly recommended at this juncture. It seems like everyone is trying to make up the lost time (obviously, you really cannot), and all the nicer restaurants in town are extremely busy.
