If there was negative 5 , that would be the rating. Left at the drive through window half way through my order , told to wait , after a couple min was told to be patient or come to the counter as I was not priority. I was stunned , decided to leave but not before telling the girl at the drive through window that id never experinced such poor customer service . She was rude and distespectful. I could hear her talking on her mic while I waited....not something you should be discussing while your non priority is waiting in the drive through for you to finishing taking an order. So, being from Southern California, it's hard to admit to going to Taco Bell for Mexican Food. But it's quick & easy, and decent this far north of "the border". The crunchy taco supreme & chicken quesadilla was consistent in taste and messiness as I would expect. The restaurant was empty - so minimal wait time to order (staff was distracted cleaning). This is the worst fast food experience available in Chilliwack. I don't say this lightly. I like Mexican takeout. I've tried this location twice now. The service is slow beyond comparison. They focus the staff on the drive through. I waited both times over 5 minutes just to get someone to the front counter. Neither could care less if I had an order or not. On the second visit, there was already an existing customer in an argument as to why his fries took over 10 minutes. The girl handed him "his fries" and they were cold. She tried to tell him they weren't. Then admitted that they forgot to call him back for his fries. They only take an order if there is another order ready that brings them to the front counter. The order WILL be wrong. They will toss your order to you onto the front counter when it's ready. You will get an inconvenience sigh when you ask for hot sauce. You will get two packages tossed into you bag when you do get the hot sauce. There is no ice in the self serve pop machine. There is pop all over the counter and the floor. The lids and stupid paper straws will come pre-soaked in the pop from the counter so make sure your pop of choice matches the flavour on the counter. In short both times I ordered a deluxe burrito and a pop. Both times ingredients were missing from the complicated recipe of bean, cheese, lettuce and tomato. Both times this big order took at least 20 minutes to order and receive. Yes the manager was there both times. EDIT: Finally got to try it... not worth the hassle. Got a crunchwrap supreme, was all tortilla and lettuce. one small scoop of meat.. no cheese. It was all disappointing, definitely will not be visiting again. Wish I could rate it 0 stars. Drove all the way from Abbotsford to this Chilliwack Taco Bell, me and my mom are big fans. Waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes at least (while there was only 3 cars in front of us), and once it was finally our turn they tell us that Taco Bell closes at 7pm, considering it wasn't 7pm yet and there was still over 5 minutes until they didn't serve Taco Bell anymore for the night we thought we were still able to order. Was drastically let down and talked to disrespectfully by the young teenage boy. As a pregnant woman who has been craving taco bell since the beginning of the pregnancy and finally had an opportunity to come out... I was very let down. read more

Typical combination Taco Bell/KFC. Food is always OK here. I don't understand why they close their lobby until 4 PM. Oh yes I do, to save a bunch of money and use Covid as an excuse.
