Yelp! You really need to provide a '0 stars' option. This is likely the worst run food establishment I've ever visited. I've visited several times over the years I've lived locally but tonight that comes to an end. I've seen long delays here before but tonight it set a record for me. Knowing this place has issues with being slow, I decided to order via the app. I left home around 10 minutes later and arrived about 8 minutes after that. Upon pulling toward the parking lot, I noticed the drive through was backed up into the street and other side of the parking lot so I decided to pull into the parking lot and wait for a bit for things to settle a bit before getting into the drive through line. It looked like two vehicles advanced through so I pulled around. I waited in that position for 19 minutes and the drive through didn't budge. I watched several cars with lady softball players enter the parking lot and go into the building. About 5 minutes later they a returned to the parking lot empty handed, got into the 7 vehicles they came in and promptly left. I cancelled my order and stopped to wish another woman well who was also waiting but she turned around and departed as well. A note to the owner: You should NOT be able to own a Taco Bell franchise. I have come to this taco bell numerous times after school events such as football games, basketball games, proms. Everytime I come after around 9pm the dining room is closed and the doors are locked. On maps and posted on the door it states that the dining room is open until 3am. This is very upsetting and seems very lazy not letting the customers in and locking them out. read more

Now, I was coming in a big crowd so I expected it to be a little slow but when I tell you it was slow I MEAN TWO HOUR WAIT SLOW. It is not the staffs fault as they were extremely understaffed but they had no sense of urgency and didn't have good customer service at all. They continued to take and serve drive through orders but failed to recognize the four people who had already ordered and paid in the lobby and had been waiting for two hours. I wandered in to this location to pick up a DoorDash order. It was a few minutes before my pickup deadline so I waited at the front counter for someone to assist me. That never happened. Many employees walked past me several times but made a point to ignore me standing there. Seven minutes after my pickup deadline, the drive thru employee finally asked me for my deliveries name. Apparently no one had bothered to check the DoorDash orders and it wasn't even started. There I stood for another seven minutes. Purposely ignored as they went along serving drive thru orders. Finally my order was made, and not handed to me but tossed on the pick up rack for me to retrieve. A total of SEVENTEEN minutes past my pick up time. I kept it professional and even said out loud "Thank you guys!" I walked to the exit and heard one of the employees repeat my "thank you guys" back mockingly. I will never darken their door again. I eat at this location (specifically because it's right by my house and it's extremely convenient) probably 2-3 times a month depending on how healthy I'm feeling . Most of the time I get great service, I can't even think of one time where this location has let me down so I want to start off saying that. That being said today they were out of the item that I wanted which happen sometime so I understand that, supply and demand of course. However on this day I went with some thing that I normally don't get which is a chicken quesadilla. It just seemed fitting I was driving and it's easy to eat without making a mess or anything like that, so cool deal. Long story short I pull it out of the bag after leaving and noticed that it seems pretty skimp on the ends. It seem like both ends were basically a fold it over tortilla with just enough cheese to make it stay closed. Not a problem I wasn't that far so I turned around and went back and walked inside instead of using the drive-through. When I walk up to the counter I wait for a minute because everyone was busy helping other customers which is totally understandable, and the assistant manager, the same gentleman that helped me out the window previously, walked over and asked if everything was ok. I replied simply that I would like a refund as I feel like the quesadilla was pretty skimpy, no hard feelings I just want my money back. This gentleman who identified himself as the assistant manager asked if he could simply be given a chance to make up for the issue. I told him not a problem as I eat here often and I typically don't have problems. He had the quesadilla remade and this time it was amazing. Please see the pictures. I typically go to this one late at night after a rough day at work, and my order is always correct then. Today, I went during the dinner rush and was given the wrong order. I promptly called them and was informed that my order was there if I wanted to come back and get it. They were very apologetic. I drove back and was instructed to head inside to pick it up. They apologized once again, going so far as to offer me a free drink, give me two free taco coupons, and allow me to keep the mixed up order from earlier. Everyone in the store was friendly and polite as always. During previous visits, I have been advised on which menu items are most similar to favorites of mine that had been discontinued. One of the better Taco Bells I've been to. Very clean and organized. Condiments, etc. we're well stocked. Friendly staff who answered our questions about the menu items and were very polite. Food came out quickly and looked and tasted freshly made. Got the Power Bowl with chicken and really enjoyed it. Rice and chicken were slightly over cooked but other than that great choice. The Power menu is supposed to be the healthier option (under 500 cal) and it still tasted great. The bowl came with rice, chicken, guacamole, salad, sour cream + some kind of dressing and cheese. We have been all over the place with this location. Only about 2 out of ten visits have been acceptable. The last three times the orders were wrong. The corn tortillas were stale. The tacos barely had anything in them. We have complained and it seemed like things might be getting better. But no. They seem to be getting worse. My order is usually right about 8/10 times. The service is relatively friendly depending on who is on shift. Freeze machine is working more often than other locations.
