When I was about to ask where to pick up my order, the employee responded with, "Did you look over there?" with an unnecessary attitude. What really made this experience unacceptable was finding foreign objects in our food. My girlfriend found what appeared to be a piece of wood in one of her tacos and thankfully noticed it before biting into it. Then I found a long piece of hair in my burrito. At that point, it was honestly disgusting. I work as a videographer with restaurants and have eaten at many different places, and my girlfriend also does food reviews, so we experience a lot of restaurants. I really wanted to enjoy the evening, but the lack of attention made it difficult. I really wanted to love this place, but the experience didn't match the expectations. I hope the team can improve their service speed and organization so future guests have a better time.
