If I could give zero stars I would. This place is the worst. I ordered online only to get my order after 6 people who ordered up front. I ordered before them therefore I should've came first. The staff if there are any working because there's only ever 1 or 2 are some of the rudest people! I will say at least this time they let people know there would be a wait due to being short staffed - that was appreciated but the wait was still unneccessary during a lunch break. & this was just todays experience - I normally don't come here because the food is not that good and the wait times suck and the service is atrocious! honestly after today I probably won't be back. read more

This is my go to Taco Bell. I love it because the staff are always on top of it, they never get my order wrong, and everything is fresh. They even give you more sauces than you need. I've never dined in, but the drive thru is pretty quick! Sometimes I have to pull around and wait, but I don't mind because I know it's being made fresh. I recommend! read more

The cashier was slightly rude. We asked what the difference was between the deluxe cravings box and the discovery box. Her response was the burritos are different. We tried to explain we couldn't see the menu. It's not lit up well and everything is so small. The cinnamon twist was literally a bag of crumbs. They were tasty, just not your typical cinnamon twist. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I wasted over 30 minutes sitting in the drive-thru before I was even allowed to place an order. When I finally got to the speaker, I was told they were out of rice -- the MAIN ingredient in the item I had literally come here for. How does a Taco Bell not have rice? Completely ridiculous. After ordering I was stuck in line for another 30 minutes! WHAT ON EARTH!? What made it worse was the staff's attitude. No apology, no sense of urgency, no customer service whatsoever. They acted annoyed that I was even there, like serving customers was an inconvenience. If you hate your job that much, maybe management needs to take a hard look at how this location is being run. This was not just a bad visit -- it was unacceptable. The complete lack of organization, care, and respect for customers makes this one of the worst fast food experiences I've ever had. This is the slowest Taco Bell in the history of the world. It is not fast food by any stretch of the imagination. I mean Taco Bell tastes good. So we keep making the mistake of ordering food there. And then waiting 30 minutes or more for our food. I think you could go to a sit-down restaurant and get your food faster. I see about six employees in there. Yet it takes 30 minutes for your food. But when I tried to ask them to fix it, the guy literally hushed me (I was calm til this) and told me there's nothing he can do to fix it and that I need to reach out to my bank to dispute the charge. He also told me that the person who paid for the order I paid for had called the store already and that we were 'all fine' and it's 'handled already' which was a bunch of lies as well. I was the one that paid for the freaking order and I know I didn't call before I tried to come back.. I know this is bull because I've worked in the fast food industry before. It's a simple fix that he did not want to take the time to do. Really dropped the bar of expectations for me lower than the lowest you could imagine. So.  Here's what happened.  Me ( 16 year old male) and my friend ( 17-year-old female) decided to go to this Taco Bell. And the food was meh. It's Taco Bell, what do you expect but it was chill we were left alone inside and everything was going great.  After we finished eating we decided to throw our trash away like nice people. Apparently one of the trash cans didn't actually have a trash bin inside, so it spilled on the floor.  Me and my friend noticed and decided to walk out because we were embarrassed to say anything.  This was the start of the absolute Joyride you're about to read about. After we walked out. The manager or employee (we don't really know) walks out and starts screaming at us that we're not welcome back in this Taco Bell ever again  because we spilled our trash and didn't clean it up. He continues to scream at his on and on about he's going to call the cops. At this point I'm starting to get fed up. So I screamed back, "you're screaming at a bunch of  teenagers that threw away trash in a trash can" and I yelled at him to grow up because he was acting more immature than any teenager that I've ever met.  After that he gets even more angry and starts to approach us fast.  So you know this man is probably in his 30s and 300 lbs. So it's intimidating to see him huff and puff trying to get a breath just to get to your car.  I tell my friend to get in her car as fast as she can because I don't know what he's going to do.  We both get in our cars and try to drive, but my friend is starting to have trouble getting away. He gets a picture of her plate.  Since she didn't get away that fast, I went to the Burger King parking lot that's right next to the taco bell, opened my window and continued to apologize, I said "I'm sorry sir it won't happen again." He continues to yell he's calling the cops. But we got away with no bumps or Bruises.  We just had to go to a different parking lot and calm down because we were very scared.  At the end of the day this man needs to be fired from this establishment.  yelling at a bunch of teenagers for throwing trash in a trash can is absolutely unacceptable and is laughable and shows the kind of man he truly is. read more

As a pedestrian, I attempted to enter the Norwood, OH dining room at approximately 5:30 PM. Doors were locked. I then stood in the drive thru for 15 minutes. The line was quite long. When I arrived to the window, I was told they don't take walk-ups, because it is against their policy. I explained to the man at the window that I had been in line for quite some time, the doors were locked, and could they just please take an order. He refused. I get it. There are policies that employees have to follow. But I was upset about the dining room being closed (during rush hour and dinner time.) So I asked the gentleman at the window for a regional/district manager's number. The man literally became irate and told me to leave his window and he would not provide me with any information whatsoever. (I spoke with a corporate complaint line representative that evening when I arrived home. According to them, the dining room was not supposed to be closed.) He attempted to close the window with my elbow resting on the window track. Assault maybe?? After going back-and-forth for several minutes, and still refusing to give me upper management's information, he finally said he was going to call the police. Almost laughable. I told him to go right ahead. I moved out of the line, so the other customers could get their food. The police were there within minutes. When they walked up to me and saw me in my business attire from work, they literally started laughing. They didn't even ask me for my ID or NAME as they saw I was not a threat. I simply told them I wanted to have corporate's number because I was refused service. They walked up to the window and asked the man for his name and corporate's number (per my request.) Surprisingly, he all of a sudden had all the information for them, that I was not provided. I have opened up a complaint against this particular establishment. Unbelievably, nasty and poor customer service. I understand policies, but the way he handled it was absolutely egregious. My initial complaint was not even about the man, it was about the dining room being closed. But I will definitely see to it that this man realizes the error in his ways. read more

I have never posted a negative review in my life. Also, I am very aware that everyone is short-staffed and am really patient. I often give generous tips to the person at the window because I know they are working double hard. Now on to this taco bell. I used GPS to get there, and I couldn't really tell if it was a taco bell because there was no sign on this side of the building. When I got up to the pole with the food displayed, All it said was "KFC" and a lot of advertising and the tacos where there but no sign of TACO BELL. OK. Reasonably confident at this point. Also, I sat there at the pole, thinking this must be the ordering place, but could detect no speaker, screen, nothing. No voice from anywhere. So I moved forward in the line. Got to the window, she said "I don't have an order from you." I apologized and explained I literally couldn't tell where to order. She started yelling at me that i didn't wait long enough and she had a million things going on,what did I expect etc. etc. Then she told me she could not take my order because she had all this food for people waiting behind me. I rarely visit fast food chains and when I do I expect two things: fast food and predictability. This place had neither. Stopped by at 10:20PM last night after moving into a new apartment. We were exhausted, hungry, and ready for some crunchwrap supremes. First thing that went wrong was the 20 minute wait in the drive thru. There was a total of FIVE cars in the drive thru. Not 50, but 5. Not sure what degenerate was working inside but when fast food gets made and delivered slower than a sit down restaurant, you may have a problem. Second thing that went wrong was when we got home and opened up the usually glorious crunchwraps and they were as dried out as grandmas skin. It had more leather than Sunday football. (Pic included). Taco Bell: I hope you don't wonder why everyone goes to Chipotle. Your service is atrocious and your food has gone down hill. I mean....It's Taco Bell, so lower your expectations. This is actually a Taco Bell/KFC, which means you can please all of the drunk passengers in your car at 12am. This particular location is popular because it's the only Taco Bell in the area, so anytime after 10pm on a weekend the drive-thru gets packed. Unfortunately, I don't think they can handle it because I usually have to wait in the drive-thru line at least 20 minutes before I even order. Fast food restaurants are kind of difficult to review. The brisk churn of employees can take a quick and efficient experience into a depressing game of "stand around and wish people knew what they were doing." The Norwood Taco Bell has been on both sides of this conundrum for as long as I've been going there. Your best best is to utilize the drive through. The cashier and hand-off persons are generally friendly and get your order right. It's worth noting that the hand-off person is often ESL which can pose short term challenges for communication if you have a special request. If you have to go inside, be aware that the combination of confused patrons, low functioning employees and generally grimey interior will at best leave you annoyed. Norwood diners love to order slowly, confusingly and pay with whatever currency they have the least access to. Floors, drink area and dining tables are often dirty or messy. The lunch rush does not treat Taco Bell well. The food is generally totally ok. It is Taco Bell and meets whatever expectations you have for Taco Bell. It's hard to earn much better than a "Meh" for fast food. It's cheap and does the job, but can sometimes frustrate or annoy. That is exactly what you should expect from most Taco Bells and the Norwood locale does not break that expectation in any way. read more

Every single time I come to this place it's a joke. Not only is the drive thru line incredibly long and slow but the employees are rude and they mess up the orders. I waited in the drive thru line for almost 40 minutes last night. While there were 5 cars in front of me, three employees came out to smoke and were outside for at least 10 minutes. When I finally got to order, they had me wait 11 minutes at the menu before taking my order. 11 minutes of just waiting.
