I visit this Taco Bell quite often and I will never visit this location again because of rude service. This location changed their closing time from 12:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. without posting it on their drive thru and posting the new closing time online. The drive thru line was long when I went to order, so I had to wait. I got up to order at 9:59, and the women working proceeded to great me; half way through her greeting me the clock turned to 10 and she said "oh wait, sorry we are closed now," and wouldn't let me get my order in. I then disputed that they falsely advertised their close time and how it was rude of her to beginning greeting me if they are not gonna serve me. So I said I'd never be back to this Taco Bell, but I had a friend who insisted on stopping by and we went through the drive thru. After ordering (which was painless thank God), we pulled up to the window to pay and there was a lady picking chicken with gloves on (hey, following sanitary standards). She then proceeded to stop picking the chicken and come take my money (which was cash) with the gloves still on. Then she gave me my change and went straight back to picking the chicken without changing the gloves (OMG, ugh). That is so unsanitary. I then proceeded to call a manager over when I got to the window to pick up my food. I told her I didn't want anyone to get in trouble, but that she needed to know what was going on during her shift. She looked at me like I was crazy and just said "oh ok thanks." Not that i expected any serious concern, but you would think the manager would at least show some kind of concern and apologize. Nope, not a word. This place is a circus and I will gladly drive to a more distant Taco Bell that cares about their customers like the one on Red Bank. Drive thru is horribly slow and it's one of those that you get stuck in. Cars in front of you, cars behind you, and a curb on the side. 20 minutes into being stuck at 6:47 pm on a Sunday, I call to find out if the drive thru is having issues or if the front car isn't being considerate. Kayla informs me that they just had a shift change and she will personally get the cars moving through the line. 5 minutes later, cars start honking and people are yelling out their window. The front car driver is yelling out his window to inform everyone behind him that he's not the jerk that it appears he is. If you live in the area, go to the Kenwood location instead. You will sit in the drive through lane at this location for about 30 minutes even with 2 cars in front of you. They seem to be very short staffed every time I come here. read more

I went to get something to eat on my way home from work on saturday night. The lady that was suppose to take my order telling there was no reason for me to ask for what a t7 was when there is a picture of it on the board. The screen was foggy. I told her no tomatos i do not like them. Her response why are you telling no tomatoes on something that did not have tomatoes. I asked for a supreme taco with no tomatos. Her response why would you ask for a supreme taco with no tomatos. I chose to cancel my order and go somewhere else. Literally the worst restaurant in this whole city. They are slow, the food is never right, and half the time you don't even get what you order. In fact, everything was warm right down to the half pound potato burrito that I endured in during my visit to this fine Mexican restaurant. This taco bell location is very conveniently located near my work (right down the street). However, this is the WORST and most DISGUSTING taco bell i've ever had the displeasure of visiting. The employees are rude as fuck and absolutely incompetent. I used to go there nearly every day. I would order my items, and I have a bad allergy to sour cream, so I would make sure to tell them I CANNOT have any sour cream. Almost every single time they give me sour cream. Working at taco bell is not hard at all. I would know because i'm a former employee. Any time i've spoken to a manager about how bad the staff is or that they got my order wrong, the manager has been beyond rude and i've been accused of lying several times (not sure why i'd lie but ok...) The drive thru also takes at LEAST 20 minutes to go thru. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. everyone who works there is incompetent and your order will always be wrong. Possibly the worst Taco Bell ever. I once sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes, because once you're in that line there is no escape. But I the reason I refuse to go back to this place.. Is the last visit I had there. It was absolutely foul. The entire restaurant was disgusting.. Pools of pop all over the floor by the machine.. Trash everywhere.. Floor was sticky..I was ignored for 10 minutes while countless employees walked past the register. Then, some of the male employees thought it was appropriate to cat call a female patron. Even sliding on to the counter top to get one last look as she left. All while myself and another customer are standing there. Finally the woman behind me goes "does anyone work here???" And someone comes up and says they don't know how the register works. It took another 5 minutes to get someone who apparently was given classes on how the register works to help us. Then they confused my order with the other customer. I was so offended I actually wrote KFC headquarters since this is a dual ownership restaurant and was told "we apologize, here is $10". Meant absolutely nothing was done. I haven't been there in a year and I'll never return. read more

Don't waste your time. Worst fast food place ever. They say they are open until late but whatever employees they have working at night don't stay open like they should. I arrived about 40 minutes before closing on two different occasions and sat in the drive thru with other cars and nobody ever said anything or gave us any service. When I finally drove around to the window there was no food or anyone working. If a place is supposed to be open and a customer comes for service then They should get service.
