I asked for a chicken quesadilla with no sauce today and the workers repeated the order and they gave us a cheese quesadilla with sauce, not even what we ordered. Clean, quiet, with friendly service. We haven't been to a Taco Bell in over 20 years, but it sounded good so we stopped. The tacos are still good, and properly made with corn tortillas. They had nice iced tea, sweet or unsweetened, plus a wide variety of sodas. We found the wall menus hard to read because they curved outwards instead of being flat on the wall. The menu is extensive and we stuck with our favorites. The food was certainly on par with Mexican Restaurants we've found in the South. read more

My wife just came back from trying to order at Taco Bell and it was a complete fiasco!!! Took her over 40 minutes to order. She tried to order inside but all they have is a computer that would not take the order. They told her she had to go through the drive-thru. She wasn't the only one having issues. One lady finally got to the window and just took off. We will NEVER go back. This now the sorriest fast food restaurant in Pickens, hands down!! read more

This location has ups and downs, for a few years it ran great, but the spring of 2018 was a big decline in customer service, order accuracy, and taste. I am a long time fan of Taco Bell, and decided to try again after I heard new management was in place. There have been a few hiccups, human errors like wrong sauce packs, or getting the wrong order during a rush. However when we did get the wrong order, we pulled back around, they had made what I ordered, apologized, and told us to keep the mistaken order. Taco Bell has always been notoriously hit or miss. But the Pickens location has been superb for the past year or so. The morning crew is especially good. And my order is correct 95% of the time. I have come to expect Taco Bell to get at least one thing wrong with my order, from experience as a regular since the 1980s. But this location is consistently on-point, and the crew is very friendly. I order through the app and they have come to know me by name, and even my quirks like wanting a Cherry Pepsi instead of regular(on the app cherry isn't an option). And on the rare occasion they do get something wrong, they are always kind about it and fix the problem without any fuss. The difference between this location and other Taco Bells is definitely the crew. read more

Usually i don't have any complaints with this location. They are usually somewhat slow but the food is good most of the time. However, the last two experiences have been bad. I love eating food from Taco Bell. I always order online to pick up; however every time I go to the Pickens SC Taco Bell they leave something off my order, usually the cinnamon twists. I have to go around, get out of my car, and go inside to get my items. They are always very pleasant and take care of me. Regardless of the smiles it is annoying and very inconvenient. read more

I've ordered from this particular TacoBell roughly around 5 times (mainly because my mom likes it so much) and EVERY.SINGLE.TIME I have been missing food. The first couple of times, I didn't realize until I got home and didn't make a big deal about it because it was technically my fault for not checking my order. The next few times, I always just drove back through the drive thru to get the rest of my order, with no apology or anything. My LAST experience with them put the icing on the cake. I ordered some food through GrubHub. Understanding that mistakes do happen, and they're only one of the few places in my area that offers GrubHub.. I figured I'd give it another chance. Of course, when my food gets here.. I'm missing a taco, and instead of giving me the 10 mild sauce packets I ordered, they put 2 hot sauce packets. So, I call the store.. and the girl literally LAUGHED when I told her what I was missing then just sat on the phone in silence for at least 15 seconds before then giving the phone to someone else, who basically told me there's nothing they can do except write the mistake down and give me the taco when I can come get it. When we pulled around, we said we couldn't hear them and the manager gave my mother an attitude saying that she was the only one who couldn't hear them, as if it was my mother's fault.
