Here now and server is no nonsense as usual but not un friendly. They're not busy at all so it was pretty quick. Pryor Oklahoma is for some reason not the corporate showcase for fast food establishments but I'll admit Taco Bell is one of the better ones! That's not saying much. Working in town for awhile and gave this TBell a second chance after my first experience being terrible. Second go around wasn't any better. The tacos are half full, the crunch wrap supremes are paper thin with hardly anything in them. They are probably afraid of putting any ingredients in their food or they do in purposefully. Either way each experience here ended in disappointment. Maybe one day in the future, if they ever fix this problem, they might actually be worthy of the name Taco Bell. Four of us wanted to enjoy tacos so we went through the drive though, and got we each got a crunchy taco and a burrito. And we got two orders of nachos t share. We asked for 6 packs of hot sauce. We all thought the food was excellent. The tacos were full and delicious, but we needed hot sauce, and we were one pack short of each of us having a tiny dab of hot sauce. Of course when we got to the burritos none of us had any hot sauce for that. And of course when we got to the nachos hot sauce was a distant dream. Well I am not going back. If they can't give us 6 packs of hot sauce for 4 tacos,4 burritos and 2 orders of nachos, they can just keep it all. And we will go somewhere that we will be treated with respect, and given enough condiments to handle our entire meal. - So long, farewell to Pryor's Taco Bell. Never again! read more

This Taco Bell has gone so far downhill in the past year that I am surprised it's still in business. Last 3 orders have been wrong, food made incorrectly, rude staff. Do not recommend at all. read more

This store needs a Manager that actually takes pride in there work,,,, the floors behind the counter were covered in food an trash,,, an if there isn't a boss well you would have been better off to close the place then to let kids trash the place,,,, I watched each one of the back cooks toss food in the floor like it was nothing,,, guess no one showed then what a trash can was read more

The food was good but that was the only good thing I can say about my experience at this location I've literally worked there and got fired cuz I was sick and I refused to work and my boss thinks it's ok to have sick employees around exposed food,now today I went in and the floor had food all over the place and I ordered food and they got it wrong then argued with me telling me what I ordered like I'm a liar, and then the manager comes and acts like I'm just starting it so I will no longer be eating at this store ever again go to Claremore ok much better than Pryor's. read more

If I could leave no stars, I totally would. Went in to make a large order. The staff behind the counter was chatting away, using foul language to one another, talking about others in the community in a negative way (I don't live here, so it wasn't my business....but I sure wouldn't want that for my business), making fun of others who were ordering through the drive through.....this was all going on and they didn't make my food until I reminded them. So I've been to several fast food restaurants in my life and I'm not saying every restaurant I've been to is flawless, however I wanted to write about this Taco Bell Bec although not every restaurant I've been to has been flawless I don't think I've ever been to a Taco Bell that has served me a cold taco in a cold tortilla. After several orders from the Pryor Taco Bell that were not right, decided to give it another try. I thought our sack felt light and said so to the employee. She said no it was all in there. Drove 4 miles home only to discover half of our meal was not in our bag. Had to drive 4 miles back to get things corrected. Not sure if this Taco Bell will get another chance from us!! read more

We ran thru the drive thru and asked for two bean burritos, a meximelt and lots of mild sauce and napkins. We got a chili cheese burrito, an unrolled meximelt and a bean burrito. We didn't get napkins or sauce. The food was average and the service was poor, and accuracy non-existent. read more

Worst Taco Bell ever!!! In a nearly empty restaurant, one other customer and I waited for over 20 minutes for our orders while 3 of the 5 or 6 employees talked with friends who had come into the restaurant after we ordered. I don't care who broke up with who! You're here to do a job, not discuss your social life. This is supposed to be a *FAST* food restaurant. After seeing that the customer ahead of me was missing an item, I checked my order. I was also missing an item. (Seriously?!? 20 minutes, and two orders in a row aren't even complete?) My order was to go. After leaving the restaurant, I discovered that some items in the order were missing ingredients I paid to have added- after I was assured by an employee that the ingredients were, in fact, added to the items. To top it all off, the lid on my drink appeared to be on, but no matter what I do, it leaks, so I have sticky soda on me and my car. Lovely. Won't ever go to this location again. read more
