I attempted to place an order on line. The system wouldn't accept my sisters debit card, my debit card or 2 credit cards. I drove to the restaurant. I tried to use the kiosk in the lobby but it wouldn't let me choose what I wanted. I went to the counter. the lady there was less than excited to help me. I told her I wanted to order the "build your own luxe box". she said I had to order that onlin. I td her that I had tried but the system wasn't working. We placed an order online and when we arrived to pick up our order all of our food was cold, and we were missing half of our order. When we pulled around to inquire about our missing items the employees were incredibly rude and the only comment they had was "next time maybe use the speaker box" all around terrible service and all of the food with special instructions wasn't even made correctly and they were incredibly easy instructions like "remove sour cream". read more

We had been out and about all day Sunday and wanted a quick easy meal. So we chose Taco Bell usually it's and good choice . But Sunday ( 3/12/23) night was really bad. The manager tried to give us our order with only half of in the bag. And when the crew told him that order isn't ready. He said " Ohhh it isn't" clearly acting as if he was under the influence of something. They had music playing loud real professional. They jacked our order up and you could tell it was half done. I stopped in to pick up my order. The store was busy and the drive through backed up. I waited for an order almost 30 min. The employees were rude and the unsanitary conditions made me walk out. This picture explains it all. This employee was on her phone (yes I have a picture!) the entire time I was there and would handle her phone and then continue making food (while trying to balance her phone which slowed her down but then they didn't care) Cross contamination nightmare! Kinda disappointing. They were nice and the cheap regular tacos were amazing. Like borderline best taco bell tacos. HOWEVER, the more expensive items were lack luster. The Quesorito was pretty much just a tortilla. It had extra cheese but like... barely any of the other ingredients. My girlfriend already did the survey on the receipt so I wanted to come here and leave a review as well. The food was great and came out quickly, but the serve was above and beyond spectacular. Zae at the window was incredibly friendly and his happy attitude was infectious. I told them I was a vegetarian and one of the other workers came to the window to tell me he was as well. Definitely the best fast food experience I've had and insured I'll return to this location. Both those young men deserve a raise and a hefty bonus. read more

I understand that it is Christmas Eve and everyone wants to just get home. But, to turn customers away just because you are closing in eight minutes is not how you treat customers. We left empty handed and went elsewhere to get some dinner to take home and will not be back to this TB. I have worked in multiple restaurants and we would never have turned customers away under any circumstances. I think Corporate leadership needs to come and take a look at how this franchise is representing the company. I suspect they would be as disappointed with this operation as I am. Drive-thru is supposed to be open until 3am. Every Friday about 2am the staff turns the lights off and pretends they're closed. If you sit at the box talking long enough they'll finally answer but tell you they're "out" of common things like taco beef and cheese. This happens EVERY WEEKEND. Worst Taco Bell ever. Like all taco bell locations, the food isn't as good as it was. Trying to save money has let the quality slip. It's cheap, mostly fast, and mostly tasty. Watch out for the drive way off of North Hills though. There is a drain of sorts, and the dip there is enough to cause damage to your car. They had it re-paved, but it wasn't leveled out, so it's just as bad, but not as much broken/cracked pavement. read more

Every time I come to this Taco Bell I have a great experience! It is always clean and the food comes out perfect. The customer service has always been top notch and today was no exception. This is likely the worst Taco Bell in the Little Rock metro area I just drove through and ordered a Chalupa combo with a diet Dr Pepper it took them approximately 15 minutes to prepare my order even though there was no line and after I drove away, I looked in the bag and realized that one of the tacos was not even wrapped (I.e. the wrapper was crumpled in a ball on top of the taco), the other Chalupa was wet for some reason and all of the food was cold. I can understand if you were really busy maybe a mistake happens, but this really seems like whoever was preparing the food working the drive-through and overseeing them simply doesn't care. Call me crazy, but if you're going to serve people food shouldn't you at least make it resemble something you'd consider eating? This was an unsanitary mess of wilted mushy garbage. This is the slowest location. We waited ten minutes on line, then they forgot part of our order. They wouldn't answer the phone and the lobby was closed. We had to wait ten more minutes in line to get what we ordered. Not even an apology. Horrible service. read more
