Pretty average Taco Bell. Had some rough patches in the last couple years, but that has been true of almost every fast food place I've been to thanks to the pandemic and staffing shortages. The one thing I think worth noting is the parking lot design. There is parking on only one side of the building, which is the side with the entrance to the building and drive-thru. That entrance is also the only way you can exit without getting in the drive-thru line. When the drive-thru line backs out to the road, it effectively divides the parking lot in half and blocks/traps half the parking spots. So although you can sometimes get your food faster by going inside to order, you may waste some time trying to get out of the parking lot. read more

By far the most terrible food service experience I've had. An entire group of humans standing inside smoking weed and talking. We sat in line for 34 minutes. At A TACOBELL. Everyone in the line was getting out of their cars, honking, and we weren't able to get their attention until we walked out and physically knocked on their sliding window. After that we got them to deliver our orders and found that every single order was incorrect and lacked 1+ items. TL;DR don't waste your time here and head one exit north for lots of other great, less incompetently-staffed options. What an infuriating experience! The employees were all just standing around not doing anything while we waited for an inordinate amount of time in the drive thru. We honked and knocked on the window and when they opened and we asked what was taking so long their answer was "we're making your food, baby" in what I would describe as the rudest tone I've heard in a while. When she handed us our food she said IN THE SNARKIEST TONE, "and next time don't knock on the glass." How about you COMMUNICATE to your customers and be a productive member of your team? Pulled into the drive thru where I was met over the microphone by a very soft and polite young woman. I placed my order and pulled around to a smiling face and again well mannered young lady. She excused herself from the window to assist in the back for a moment when another smiling young man delivered my order to me with the sauces I had previously requested. Had to ask for the drink I ordered. They gave me an extra bean burrito for my wait., but when I got on the freeway a block away bit into a cold almost empty bean burrito. They were all this way. I rarely give bad reviews but this lady has me so mad! First her over the intercom was not happy sounding and very short answered. I wanted to know more about the steak tacos but being that her tone was so bad I said forget it. She asked with such attitude did we want anything else and I said yes but forgot a drink so that must have made her upset. I come to the window and as she handed me my drink I politely asked her could she possibly throw away a old cup I had in the car to make space. No she didn't have to throw it away but I usually don't have a problem with staff helping me make space in my car. She tells me NO. I work as a restaurant manager in New Orleans. I often get off work at 2-3am and after a 10-12 hour shift I'm just not in the mood to cook dinner. I don't normally eat fast food but I had a quick turnaround for work and just wanted to grab something to eat and go to bed. I pulled up at 330am and there were 3 employees outside, including one with a headset on, who told me the restaurant was closed and that the computers were down. I called the restaurant and they stated that they were open until 4am. While they did eventually fulfill my order, which wasn't extravagant, it's such poor customer service to have to go through the runaround. This was the 3rd time I had a similar experience at this location. Attitude is a reflection of management and if you're employees are exhibiting such behavior, I have to question the efficacy of the management staff at this location. read more
