A couple of things about the Tecumseh Taco Bell. (1) I only have a Taco Bell product on EXTREMELY rare occasions - the taco meat is usually very greasy and almost always unappetizing. However, Taco Bell introduced this new promotion for "Steak & Queso Crunchwrap Sliders." Although I am positive that they are very bad for me from a calorie standpoint and other nutritional aspects, they do not taste as bad as I initially thought they might. It's not super authentic, and the taste is very mild (as opposed to spicy), but heh, sometimes you just have to throw caution to the wind--life is short. (2) A big shout-out to Jayden R., who took my order via the drive-thru, greeted me with a friendly smile, and interacted pleasantly during today's transaction. She understands the concept of customer service, and it shows. (3) This store's parking lot has to win the prize for the worst-designed lot in the fast food industry category. Frankly, it is too small for the store footprint and the entry/exit pattern is confusing for a customer's first or second visit. They didn't really think about this prior to construction. Perhaps the city (state?) gave them grief, but I think that I should have used more "due diligence" here. Last comment: I have never been inside this store, so I cannot comment on this. read more

Service is substandard if you choose to pay at the register. I ordered from the Kiosk and chose to pay at the register. A customer that ordered at the kiosk beside me at the same time received his order in a few minutes. The team member that brought the gentleman's order informed me that he did not know how to operate the register and went back to preparing other orders. The girl working the drive through window turned and looked at me then went back to processing orders at the drive through. After 10 minutes my blood started to boil but I calmly asked, loud enough for the employees to hear, can anyone operate this cash register? From the back a female employee walked to the register, with no sense of purpose. She took my money and after another 5 minute wait I received my order. This picture is of the first taco that I opened. Very little ingredients. The fact that no one even tried to acknowledge my presence while standing at the counter is what upset me the most. The Taco Bell in Tecumseh has always been the worst Taco Bell to go to but it has really gotten worse lately. Half of the time they don't have taco meat. WTF? How do they run out of TACO meat? The young workers are absolute idiots. They never get your order right and have no manners what so ever. We boycott for a bit and then try our luck and are always disappointed. They have one kid who can dance the YMCA in the window but can't remember not to put lettuce on a taco. Service absolutely sucks these days but they want $15 an hour. I only gave 3 just because food is good but they get a lot of orders wrong and they are super slow. I mean easily one of the slowest in Michigan I guarantee that. They close the inside and sometimes open it. The annoying part is when you put in mobile order or dash pick up literally have to wait in line behind 6 cars that haven't even ordered yet and my order was put in 10 mins ago like really need to have the dining always open or method of pick up. read more

Initially went to the drive thru but sat in line for 10 minutes. Went inside to order and waited 10-15 minutes for 3 crunchy tacos, 2 steak soft tacos, 3 cheesy gordita crunches, a crunch wrap and a quesadilla. Had to come back for a missed taco. The food was good but the service is extremely slow. No team work and no leadership was present. The kitchen area was somewhat of a mess with toppings and sauce packets on the floor. Looked like there was also a wrap on the floor. 4 people working and maybe 1 was a manager. Props to her for being hands on and gloves, but some guidance would have been helpful. Overall a 3 star because, unfortunately, it's what I expect anymore from a starter job with no real guidance. read more

Tecumseh exists as an oasis of fast food options on the otherwise desolate drive down M-50 between Dundee and Brooklyn. It is for this sole reason that I will continue to patronize this Taco Bell, which is otherwise a shameful addition to the shining "South of the Border" empire. Though it is never crowded, the wait at this establishment frequently exceeds 5-10 minutes. The staff takes no apparent pride in its construction of the chain's tex-mex delights, as they tend to be malformed and in violation of of basic burrito architecture (see link below). The manager is unapologetic and apparently unconcerned with the happiness of his customers. Do yourself a favor and take the extra 20 minutes to drive to Adrian. This drive thru is almost unbelievable how slow it is! We've been stuck in this line multiple times for 10+ minutes. There's no way to exit so once you're in line. I thought the new location would improve this business but it didn't. At all. The food is often old, too. read more

Again, it's fast food. A Taco Bell is a Taco Bell. It's just as greasy and tasty as any fast food can be - and mostly it's busy and fresh. What more can you ask for? It's next to the gas station though, and sometimes that sucks. But it's in a small town - everything is next to everything. Get over it. read more

To begin with I am comparing this to other Taco Bells that I have been to... Almost every time we go they forget something in our order... It has become a joke in my house whether or not we received everything we ordered. Also the food is inconsistent. Sometimes there is a good amount of cheese and other times is it barely there. I don't expect an amazing Mexican meal but at least get my order correct more than 25% of the time. When it is done right the food is delicious (like a normal Taco Bell) but it is just so inconsistent. read more

This place is alway dirty and the workers talk instead of making food. They are nice but they mess up orders a lot if they are to long

I am very disappointed in this Taco Bell. I am also very unhappy about how they never get my order right, I found a cinnamon twist in my nachos, I had cold cheese on my wrecked Dorito tacos. TERRIBLE SERVICE!! we waited here for 30 minutes and still messed up our very simple order

Every time I go to this taco bell they're out of something. One time it was tortillas (what taco bell runs out of tortillas!?) & another time it was refried beans & the Baja blast was out. Bathrooms are always dirty & last time the toilet was all backed up with what looked like digested cheesy bean & rice burritos.
