From the very beginning, Faith was super responsive and helped us build the perfect menu for over 100 guests. They easily cater to guests with restricted diets as well. We had gluten-free, vegetarian and even some vegan options. We wanted a strolling dinner, and they agreed to serve directly from the truck from 5-8:30pm. On the day of, everything was fresh and served piping hot right out of the truck. While many of our guests were locals familiar with the deliciousness of the Taco Truck and were able to order their favorites, our out-of-town family and friends enjoyed every bite and when they visit will be asking where the truck is today and if we can grab dinner with them. The quesabirria was a huge hit and I'm sure people came back for more. There really wasn't any real noticeable line for any length of time. Faith, Jose & their crew are just the kindest people.
