Saw this place from the road earlier today and we were hopeful it would be similar to Baja Taco. Decided to take the kids for dinner to check it out. The kids each had a kids meal and they loved it. My wife and I had the fish. It was breaded and very good. I had the tacos and she the burrito. Both of us were very happy with our choices. read more

I got the enchilada platter no beans extra rice, one chicken and one beef enchilada. Next time I'll do both chicken! This was our first time going and WOW definitely a new favorite! The Pico was very tasty and the guacamole was perfection. The entire platter is 9$ and you get alot of food!! The dish was just amazing and the perfect amount of spicy! Oh and try the Mexican drinks they have! Very yummy! I had the lime! read more

This has got to be my favourite Mexican restaurant in town! I love how everything is customizable so it's perfect if you have any food allergies like me. The staff is super nice and helpful too! I always get the burrito bowl and it's amazing every time. read more

love this place..the shrimp tacos are the best ever. Always clean, great, friendly staff and huge portions...The only place I eat while in Lethbridge. If I lived in Lethbridge I would probably eat here every day read more

Pretty good Mexican for Lethbridge. We didn't notice this place until recently, usually headed to the other Mexican place in town, until it turned up on Skip the Dishes. We found the food here to be pretty good, with a decent selection of the antijito-style Mexican - tacos, burritos, enchiladas. Worth a visit. read more

Based on my experience, I'll be passing on that recommendation to other people going forward as well. Located about halfway between Pincher Creek and the Waterton park gates, The Twin Butte Country General store is an unassuming roadside attraction. From the outside, it would be easy to miss if you don't know what you're looking for, but on the inside is one of the best tex-mex restaurants I've been to in Alberta. Service is friendly and fast. Our appetizers arrived very quickly after ordering and main courses soon after we were done with the first course. At a glance, the menu doesn't have many vegetarian options but most things can be made veggie on request if you like cheese, rice, and beans. I ordered a single enchilada with rice and beans on the side and it arrived smothered in delicious salsa and cheese. My husband also really enjoyed the fish tacos. It can get busy so reservations are recommended. We didn't have one and were lucky to snag the last table, but I won't be chancing it next time. I'd hate to miss out!

I enjoyed an excellent house made savory chai (they offer multiple alternatives to dairy milk) and picked up a few of the three vegan pastries they had that day for myself and family.
