No complaints from anyone, except the chicken & bacon quesadilla that was ordered. Maybe because it wasn't on the menu, as it was soggy and had very little bacon or cheese. The chips were very good. I aways get the fish taco made into a bowl it's fantastic. They always have fresh fish whether it's mahi or wahoo both are great. My grandson loves to eat there he gets 3 beef tacos. They have a good selection of beer, wine and soft drinks. They usually carry one flavor of hard cider at a time the Elderberry is the best so it's a nice surprise then they have it. Been to most of their restaurants I was really happy that they put this one minutes from my house. Service is great in all of them. Prices are very reasonable. read more

We were greeted right away by Wendy who was super friendly. She explained the menu to us, answered our plethora of questions and the food came out very promptly. We enjoyed our first visit to Taco Dive (Beachside) at the suggestion of local friends. Indoor and outdoor seating. It's a small restaurant across from Fort Pierce Jetty Park with free public parking. In season, parking may be tight. Friendly servers We dined on guacamole appetizer (1 order enough for 2 people), Mahi-Mahi taco with side of black beans & rice, and a daily special taco with fried turkey. We agreed, every item tasted fresh and we'd order again. All washed down with a chilled pint of Yuengling brewski. There were other brewskies including local IPAs. There are also many seats at the bar. One Funny: Yuengling was served in a Bud Light glass and Bud Light is no longer offered. Maybe got a deal on the beer glasses?? Was recommended to visit. The staff was friendly and provided recommendations. The tacos were really good and you receive a good amount of food for the price. I ordered the blackened shrimp taco. The shrimp were large and succulent. It was super flavorful and the different ingredients came together perfectly. Prior to leaving I enjoyed my first taco so much that I ordered an additional to go. These tacos are honestly some of the worst I've had, even by gringo standards. The salsa was cheap jar stuff. The carnitas lacked any semblance of flavor. We have been to this restaurant two times within the past year and a half. We came most recently on 01/13/2023 at lunchtime with a party of four. Most reviews are very positive, and I'm not sure what is up with that most recent negative review. I wouldn't put much weight on that one. Everyone is entitled to there own opinion; however, that one is in far left field. I believe this is an excellent restaurant. It is small, but cozy and very friendly. It has easy parking all around the jetty / beach area. Service was fast, and everything we had was just fantastic. These are deluxe tacos, tacos that have a lot of flavor with some unique combinations. I personally had the cilantro chicken and the underdog, both just absolutely fabulous. I have had the drunken burrito in the past, and enjoyed that as well. Everyone at our table had something different and all excellent choices. Upon looking up Taco Dive here on yelp, I assumed the spot would be mediocre. This was due mostly to folks calling it a "tourist trap." However, that was not true. If you're a corn tortilla person like me, it's hard to get past the use of flour tortillas. The service was fantastic and everyone was extremely kind. My partner and I had a ton of questions but were met with kindness! PRO TIP: Taco Dive only sells beer and wine. It's not bad and they have great craft selections. The Taco Bella was my favorite taco that we ordered. The portobello mushrooms were marinated so well you nearly forget it's a veggie based taco. The Cajun shrimp taco was good too but would have benefited from some cabbage for texture. The BBQ pork taco reminded us of Hawaiian barbecue. Nothing here is overly spicy which sucks when you love spice but they do have hot sauce (we ended up not using it because everything had flavor). The restaurant itself is dive bar themed but clean! The bathroom was a trip as the mirror is hung diagonally! Overall, we had a ton of fun and enjoyed the food. I'm sure we'll be back! read more

Rude server. My family always looks forward to Taco Dive on Sundays after church. It's become a summer family tradition for us while we are on the island for the summer. My in laws visit this location nearly every Sunday after church. We used to go to the original location but since they opened the location at the Jetty, we go to the Jetty location. We went in yesterday and the only large table was full. We grabbed a booth for our party of 5. I grabbed a chair that wasn't being used by another table at the back of the restaurant. As soon as I placed it at the end of our table, the server chastised me for blocking the walkway? Ok. No problem. I moved the chair back without a peep and then politely asked the server what she'd like us to do. She said to make do with the booth for our party of 5. I smiled at my family and said, let's smoosh together and get comfy. While I was sitting on the end briefly, I noticed how incredibly sticky the table was, so I politely asked the server if she'd mind wiping the table down. Her response was that the table was clean but the varnish left the table sticky. She begrudgingly wiped the table and regardless of the varnish, the table wasn't nearly as sticky as it was before I asked. Amazing! The server took our drink order and I ordered sweet tea with lemon. When she returned with our drinks, she placed all the drinks on the table including my sweet tea sans lemon. I politely asked her to bring me a lemon when she got a chance. She rudely replied with, "can I take your order or do you want me to go get it right now?" Finally, after 3 unnecessary rude comments, I stated that we are unfortunately getting off on the wrong start and that I simply wanted to enjoy my day with my family without the attitude. She stormed off and another server brought me a lemon and took over our table. The experience was completely different once the new server arrived. I don't know what crimes or offenses were committed to warrant such terrible behavior. 2 of the 5 people that ate at Taco Dive spent time in the bathroom during the afternoon and evening sick on the toilet. The suggestion is that something was done to tamper with our food thanks to the rude server. Is it really possible that a rude server would be able to do something to our food to create food poisoning? After being loyal customers for years, my in laws are now questioning whether they will ever return. They are Sunday regulars who have dined here after church for years. All that customer loyalty and good will was destroyed by yesterday's incident. My mother-in-law is a regular customer nearly every Subday & she was one of the 2 people in our dining party that spent all night in the bathroom. read more

This place has the best tacos I've ever had. Their Fridays specials are the best!! The flavors, and combinations are simply scrumptious. Their name is taco dive, and they are trying to make it Dive-ish, but it really isn't. It's super cute, and misleading because it's rather fancy-ish, but they don't give you plates or silverware. They will give you a plastic fork, which is okay, but you don't get plates. So, we ordered their trio chips with queso, guacamole (which is awesome) and pico. But we didn't get plates. So, I asked for some and was told they don't have any, just paper baskets. I guess it's okay, but I should not have to ask. This was my second visit and on both times it was the same thing. No gluten free beer, but they do offer hard ciders from Broskis, one of our favs from south FL! Be warned, if you decide to dine here: this restaurant is a tourist trap. Do not believe the 5-star reviews. Pros: 1. Convenient if you want to walk over from Jetty Park Beach, grab a bite, and walk back to enjoy the beach. 2. They have pleasant outdoor seating. 3. Our waitress was very nice. Cons: Burger: imagine a school cafeteria burger. Now imagine something worse. Hard and tasteless patty. The quality of the beef patty was truly offensive. $10 for burger only. Pork Taco: Tasted like someone added cheap, uncooked sweet and sour sauce from a grocery store bottle, topped the taco with a few pineapple bits straight from the can. Edible, but not good. Steak Taco: was nothing special. Was a little better than the pork taco. The Taco Dive sauce was uneventful. Needed more acid. These tacos were close to $6 each and so not worth the price. I felt very disappointed and a little mad. I should have listened to the advice from the local couple we met not to come here, but I wanted the convenience of being so close to the beach. The ingredients were highly fresh and cooked to order, the taco was jammed packed with food and on top of that they offer a lettuce wrap option if you are keto or low carb. My friends and I loved this place! The tacos were piled high with fillings, and everything was a great price. As a vegetarian, sometimes it's difficult to find food in Fort Pierce, but this place has 2 veggie taco options: taco bella and veggie! I particularly enjoyed the veggie taco with the fried green tomato. The waiter was so nice and respectful (we had a bad experience earlier that night for just walking into a place wearing a mask). The two waiters were always wearing their masks, and the tables felt like they were a safe distance from each other. We will definitely be visiting again! read more

Great service. Super tasty tacos. I personally had the Thai pork tacos and they were the best I have had in a very long time. The loaded tater tots were especially good with the cheese melted on them with fresh cut jalapeños. Menus are downloadable via the QR code at the table. Very clean establishment. So...... yesterday we went to their location in Vero Beach and fell in love! So we decided to spend some time by the Fort Pierce jetty and try their newest location right across geton Jetty Park. The server that was in Vero yesterday is the GM here (sorry we didn't catch your name). I recognized her and she laughed that we were back again but no surprise .. Service here is great and the food is spot on. We got the trio again but this time with the hot salsa which is green and delicious. Their idea of hot is perfect for me because it's medium at best. (I don't like too spicy!!) This time I opted for the steak taco and the cajun shrimp taco. Both were delicious! My boyfriend repeated his beef burrito which he loves and my other friends got shrimp tacos and a swordfish taco. Everyone was satisfied. Crowded. Had to sit on bar stool which is uncomfortable. I asked for guacamole & chips, the guacamole was good but the chips made my stomach hurt.
