    Whole filet fish taco.

For someone with anxiety, this might be dizzying experience, but it's so worth it. First there's the menu, beside it is the cart where you order, say if it's for here or to-go, and pay. They give you a ticket with all that info marked on it. You take it to the adjacent cart and hand it to the person there. They'll give you your plate/container with just the tortillas and whatever meat you chose on them. Then you go to the third cart, which has the napkins, hand sanitizer, and several condiments and hot sauces. Hook up your tacos, then good luck finding an empty seat. Ooh there's also one more cart to grab your drink if you bought one. Had fish($29 pesos) and shrimp($30 pesos) tacos. Both were breaded and fried. Both were good but I liked the shrimp more. Fish could've been a little crispier. Would definitely eat there again.

Fish taco and shrimp taco. So good!!

We were introduced to this restaurant on a tour of La Paz and WOW!! Blown away by the food here. We are huge foodies and will be returning soon all the way from CA for the best tacos we've ever had!

I'll get straight to the Chase. Absolutely the best for a lunch experience. You must make this a stop in Guadalajara.

Only draw back, eat standing up, not enough tables and chairs.

So far I've only tried the tacos dorados and a quesadilla de pulpo, but I plan to go back often so I can tell you about the MANTARAYA burritos!

This restaurant grounds are beautifully landscaped and even has a water feature with a koi pond. When you go inside the elegant dining rooms have a warm and classy vibe. There is even a room that looks like a reception - seating area possibly for events, or for when there is a wait to be seated. The menu is mostly seafood with many Mexican and continental classics, cold dishes like ceviche and sashimi, grilled, fried, baked, you name it... But there are also other proteins on the extensive menu such as beef. I ordered the lonja de pescado which came with salad and rice. It was excellently prepared and delicious. My friends enjoyed what they ordered as well. The service was impeccable and top-notch. For drinks I ordered a refreshing pineapple and spearmint drink (one of their aguas frescas), though they also offer soft drinks, teas, coffees, and a full bar. Just their wine list is multiple pages long. This restaurant is a chain with locations in several major cities of Mexico and is known for being among the best. This location would be appropriate for business lunches, date night, gatherings of friends and family, and large enough to handle groups and events. I will certainly remember Los Arcos next time I am in the mood for great seafood and in Mexico!
