The first thing that I should've been tipped off by was that one of the employees in the back said "dude you need to change them from take out to dine in are all of these dine in?" And the guy at the register goes "oh uh yeah, my bad, I don't know". After this I ordered curly fries, a shake, and a grilled cheese bacon burger. He said my order back to me but only said bacon burger instead of grilled cheese bacon burger. So I asked him, just to check, I said grilled cheese right? He said "oh uh, yeah" and then pressed some buttons. So I thought, well good thing I double checked. It was fairly expensive but that's what you get now with inflation. After taking literally 5 minutes to break my 50 I sit back down. After a little while I get my food (he stumbled over and asked "uh is this yours?") now what I see is a burger, curly fries, and a kids meal bag. Now instantly I know what happened, this dude thought that I, a full grown man, ordered a bacon cheeseburger, and then also ordered a kids meal grilled cheese, complete with an applesauce. Now I only had a short time to eat before I had to leave and I knew if I had them remake it that it would take too long so I just told them yes. (Side note, grilled cheese was not even grilled, warm and rubbery bread). On top of this I didn't have my shake, after waiting a bit I went up and asked, to which they replied "oh uh yeah, I'll get right on that" which implies that if I didn't say anything they would have just forgotten. Bonus stuff, they tried to bring someone else's meal to my friend after they HAD ALREADY GIVEN HIM HIS MEAL NOT TEN MINUTES AGO. I actually don't know how someone can be this dumb. Anyway long story short food was fine but service was so bad it made me angry, not because I was upset that I didn't get what I wanted, but because I physically couldn't comprehend how someone made it this far in life without any kind of intelligence. I go to this location regularly as it is merely blocks from my house. I never know what my food…read morewill be like. Will I get what I ordered the way I ordered it, or will it be screwed up AGAIN! I understand that when it's busy, orders can be messed up on occasion. But what is the excuse when there is no one else at the restaurant and my order STILL gets messed up? My son has Autism and is kind of picky about what he eats. Burger King chicken nuggets are one of his favorite foods, and it's only $1.49 for a 10 piece, so when he refuses to eat something, BK nuggets are the fallback for us. A few months ago, I had a near psychotic rant and confrontation with employees about yet another messed up order. I mean I was nearly in tears I was so angry. It was the 3rd time that week my son refused to eat his supper and it was the third time that week they messed my order up. I vowed never to return to that location. I even wrote an email to corporate about it. Lo and behold, a month later I was back as my son refused to eat supper again. I told the manager on duty about my experience and she said that they had a new manager and that the old manager simply didn't give a f××× and that things would be better. Since then, I have still had my order messed up a couple of times, but it is not happening as frequently as before. They have always given me free meals to atone for their mistakes but, I'm really getting sick of having to give my name to them so they can put my name in their notebook. The nuggets are hit or miss with how fresh they are. I've had some that were inedible because they obviously had been sitting out for an extended period of time and were likely thrown back into the fryer to warm them up. Sometimes they don't even do that, instead just sending out the barely warm and past their time nuggets as is. My double cheeseburgers are also hit or miss in regards to me getting them how I ordered them. I order them two ways: one is without pickles, the other way is with only ketchup. One way leaves out one step, the other leaves out two. I know they have moniters and headsets for the employees, so when I get my burgers with everything on them, it makes me wonder if they have deaf illiterate employees working for them. It is for that reason I am giving two stars. Until they achieve a higher consistency rate with my orders, I will stand by my 2 star rating.

As we open up the sub they are both the same. They made the wrong one. We go back with pictures and proof that they made the same sub. We expected we would at least get to keep the extra sub since we had to go back twice and either way they would have to throw it away. As my bf walks up to tell them, she agrees that they are the same sub but then throws it away without another word. WHAT A WASTE!!! They then make the sub. Then again he comes home and when I open my sub, disappointment it's not toasted. You would think they would double check after messing up so much. We were nice to them and tried not to be rude but this is too far. At this point we are not going back again and give up. It makes us more upset that we didn't even get something for our troubles.
