The Kakolan Kalpea pale ale was decent but not as flavorful as I prefer. The Lehtori lager had a strange, bad taste and I really did not like it all. It tasted skunky as if it had gone bad or was old. The Vehnä wheat beer was the best I beer I drank here. It tasted like a traditional German hefeweizen with the banana and clove flavors clearly noticeable and was very enjoyable to drink. I would visit again for the wheat beer and fries.

The food is great, service is very good by Finnish standards. I walked in with a friend of mine over the DBTL weekend, without a booking. They were very helpful and accommodating, getting us a table in a nearly full restaurant within a few minutes. I would say that booking is a better way to go here though, as it is a popular place to eat. Wine selection is great, and they have a large selection of RED, White and Sparkling available 'by the glass' too. Which is a good thing that is often overlooked at many establishments.

The dessert was an oatmeal cake with rhubarb compote and oats ice cream. The price/performance of this place is excellent so spend the rest of your money on a really nice bottle of wine.
