The TV near the mall always has good food and great service. Of course I visit often and they have a great breakfast burrito.

I'd like to give a ZERO. Sorry to say but we ordered 2 breakfast combos. We are senior citizens, and they overcharged us. They tried to explain it was a system error when doing the simple math would have avoided everything. It's sad how they incorporate a discount for senior citizens in a combo and still find a way to overcharge. My breakfast taco was COLD. I will not return. The manager tried explaining how their system messed up instead of just saying SORRY how can i make this right? These people do this everyday how do they NOT have a sense of WRONG! Debated between 2 and 3 Stars... landed on 3. My husband and I have lived in Midland for about a year now and just got around to trying Taco Villa... unfortunately, we had higher expectations. We got a 6-Pack of crunchy beef tacos. Although they were filled about 1/2 way with meat, they were just so dang bland. Like, what I love about Mexican food is the flavor! The spice! This was just like having ground beef. I did get some "hot sauce" cups for them, again, they lacked flavor. It was "hot" but not flavorful (if that makes sense). So the 3-Star rating because the tacos were definitely edible... but almost a 2-Star because they were bland as bland could be. Price seemed a bit steep too. Around $11 for 6 tacos? My husband and I both agreed that we actually greatly prefer Taco Bell. Ah well, worth a shot. read more

I absolutely love coming to this location. The service is second to none. Every single employee from the intercom girl to the drive thru window employee to the cashier on the inside brighten my day. I know none of these employees yet I'm greeted and sent on my way with courtesy, professionalism and a bless you as I drive off. Now about the food.... It is every bit as good as the staff. Due to my anxiety, I tend to order my food then walk to my car and eat by myself in my own safe space. When I went to the register the first time a young man helped me ring up my food and use my personal Dallas Stars cup as a mug refill for $1.59. I told him I wanted my food to go and so I took my food and sat in my car for 20 minutes to eat while drinking 'sweet' tea after 3 different coke products tasted flat or just plain wrong. Before I leave, since I'm an Uber driver, I tend to use the restroom, get the trash out of my car then get one last refill before I head to my job. This is the first establishment from Lubbock to San Antonio that has every charged me for a second cup when it was my own cup, I already paid to use there moments earlier. This place is trash. Limited menu with bland tasteless food. If you have never eaten here, don't waste your time. The place does have some local loyalist who swear by it and hype it up, don't be fooled. If fast Mexican good is what you are after, go to (you guessed it) Taco Bell. Definitely a step above Taco Bell with marvelous small town type service. The salsa bar is a great touch. The ground meat is kind of greasy and tasteless. I prefer the chicken which has a unique (and I don't mean that bad) flavor. Their chalupas are loaded with toppings. Once you pick it up, you cannot set it back down. Like taco bell and rosas had an illegitimate love child. Breakfast ends at 11. No super Pollo asado burritos. They have a "grilled chicken burrito" with no beans, no rice, no guac, no sour cream. With beans, guac, and sour cream added the tiny burrito with a small drink was 10 bucks. I think Taco Villa is a step above Taco Bell. I like their tacos a lot. They can a bit on the pricier side compared to the Bell but then Villa fills the taco shell more than Bell. Bell is very stingy and having worked for them years ago, seems they haven't changed their stingy ways. This location has a few friends I used to work with and is always clean when I come in. been here many times now. Even more times before I started Yelping. It was described to me a better Taco Bell. Well First of all way way better. And if you compare it to the one near by. This place is so much better. I first came for dinner. And it was good. Yes fast mexican food. But they have a salsa bar. The place is well kept. And the workers seem to take pride on there work. I later found out about their Breakfast. And wow. Yes most of the times I get their Breakfast burritos. You can have them made many ways. I love their Bacon and eggs burrito. But they make them also with sausage, chorizo and potatoes. In the morning there is always a line. And the drive thru is backed up. Pretty much this place is packed during Breakfast,Lunch and Dinner times. But in the morning it's got the drive thru backed up from the crack of dawn. Cheap fast food what do you expect? What I do like about it is the fact that when I get my combo burrito it actually has cheese on it. You ask for extra cheese at Taco Bell you don't get as much cheese. In fact I have to complain almost every time I go to Taco Bell because there is no extra cheese.
