Ordered supreme nachos with no jalapeño, beans and guacamole, I received extra of all 3. Also ordered 2 burritos and asked for hot sauce and we received no sauce, no napkins and no receipt. Usually get breakfast burritos which are good. read more

So, I had stopped going to jumburrito a while back due to poor customer service, well, with the new building and new faces, hopefully, I expected a good experience amd went to the drive through this last Friday, the 8th. So, I got my burrito and chips and queso, but not the cookie ordered. They asked me if I wanted salsa, I said yes, they did not put any in the bag, did they just ask out of curiosity? No salsa, no cookie, no redemption, back on the list of worse places to get lunch from. I tried jumburrito, you can have new buildings and new faces, but if the old mentality is there, nothing will ever improve. So people, save the frustration and go elsewhere. read more

Ordered burritos & order was wrong & burritos that where supposed to be jumbo are not even bigger than an egg roll. Took them back to get remade. Next round has over 30 jalapeños & not enough meat to fill an egg roll. Lady said they weigh the portion. Don't go here they are ripping people off big time read more

went through drive thru and placed order for 3 burritos. When I got home, there was only 2 burritos and not the ones I ordered. I called them and they passed me off to someone else and couldn't find my order. They kept putting me on hold while they tried to find my order. After 10 minutes on hold, i hung up phone With no solution from them. I ended up eating the wrong meal and by this time it was cold. Since we were short a burrito, I was left still hungry. Man how I hate giving my favorite childhood places a low rating. The food was great after I finally received it. I had to ask for my burrito to be heated or remade because it was cold as ice and the cheese was not melted. The cashier and cooks looked at my burrito like it was from outer space and then dumped my burrito onto a fresh piece of foil and placed it in a warner like they should have done the first time. Man I know how these burritos should taste and look and they are not the same. I was at the first ribbon cutting at the first location on Lamesa Road and all of the burritos has gotten way smaller and way more expensive over the years. What a drag. I have such wonderful memories of coming to this place with my grandfather. Every time we would come state side my grandpa would take me here. It was a must stop before heading back overseas. I still get fuzzy feelings from those days. However, these days, I haven't made any new fuzzy feelings for this place. The stew meet is good. I still get a hankering for a jumbo stew meat with avocado and cheese. But the "jumbo" isn't very jumbo anymore. The jumbo looks a lot like the small. In fact the size difference is tough to tell. They are always busy. I take that to mean the food is good and the help is too. Yea it can suck if you are last in line but guess what? That's life at a uber popular food chain. While I may not be happy they are busy that day I'm happy the food is hot, tastes like it should, and other people feeling the same. I go every single Sunday and sometimes during the week. I first began going to this location back in 1987, as they would reward kids with free tacos according to the grades on your report card. Some six-weeks we would go to Shakey's Pizza where they would give out tokens for the grades on your report card, but without fail, we ended up going to Jumburrito every six-weeks when we got our report cards! Fast forward to the morning of Thursday, April 6th, 2017 - I'm back in Midland on business, a place I rarely get back to since I left for college back in 1997, and my go to place is Jumburrito. Two large combination burritos, six packs of green sauce and a large coffee. Ohhh baby! The soft fluffy tortillas, the stew meat, the ground beef, the cheese, the green sauce. What else could you want? The chorizo and egg breakfast burritos are also kick ass! There are several places that I considered to be one of 'my places' back in high school, but whenever I get back to Midland these days, which ain't often, Jumburrito is a must! read more

Asst Mngr decided to go behind the counter and remake my burritos, that they forgot to put potatoes in, with her money handling, couch covering, nose wiping hands. I asked her why was she touching my burritos after she had been coughing and etc on her hands... She then lied and said she's not touching them after I and several others saw her do it, then got mad at me for wanting two different burritos after the fact... I don't even write reviews unless they're positive but she crossed the line on a very serious level. Nice place to eat, very clean but I'll never go back read more
