We came for Bonneville Speedweek and walking to the casinos we always saw a long line waiting for their food at this little taco truck, finally we decided to stop by for dinner and omg... Amazing food! As a Mexican born and raised, these are the most yummy tacos I've ever had outside of Mexico!! Authentic street food, you can add all the salsas, carrots, nopales, no extra cost. If I were rating this Food Truck solely on the deliciousness of their tacos they would be sitting on fat 5-star rating! Unfortunately there is more to a 5-star rating than just the taste of a super-yummy taco! We had the chicken, pork and beef tacos here. The Chicken Tacos were a little lacking in flavor, which the Pork and Beef Tacos made up in spades! The Pork Tacos were by far my favorite. The bottled drinks were not cold...ding! Ran out of Pork Tacos...ding! Forgot to open the non-twist cap on my warm beverage...ding! Thank goodness for those tasty tacos! Cross section is wendover blvd and aria blvd ( I didn't know how to correct the exact location ) . Very affordable and is fresh! They have asda, pollo, tilapia, tripe, chorizo. We had the Asada tacos and chicken burrito! It was AMAZING! All the ingredients were fresh and the tortilla was heated up to a light crisp. They both came with a roasted jalapeño! You take a bite of the jalapeño and the taco for the best combo of flavor! read more

I wanted some Mexican food without a long wait at a casino restaurant and this food truck is right across the street from the Montego Bay parking lot. There was no wait to order and didnt take too long before food was ready . I ordered 3 tacos @ $1.50 ea. - pollo, pastor pork, and lingua. Mmmm. I added lots of green sauce onions and cilantro which is in a cooler to add as you wish. Each type of meat was excellent. They also have burritos, tortas and quezadillas. I ate in the shade of the cart. Downside is no place to sit, but you could take to go. I would definitely go there again. read more

This was a solid option when a lot of other options were closed....surprisingly. I will start by saying that the burrito was awesome... and I have had my fair share of burritos. The meat was well seasoned and well cooked. The wait was terrible though.... it probably took 30+ min just to get my order in and my burrito ready. For a taco truck, I thought the service was slow. My other complaint is the price of the burrito. My burrito cost $7; once again, for a taco truck it was pricey but the options are few. The food is great, hence the 4 stars, but the wait and price are not ideal. read more
