I came to Mexico last week, and during our free time, we came here. Everything was incredible. Our group sampled everything from the papa rellena, the beef, tripe, pork, and everything in between, and these tacos were incredible. The place can get busy and loud, and sometimes they're not the fastest in getting your order in. The horchata was a deliciously cold way to wash down the food. Once you get past the noise and the busyness, this is a fantastic place to eat lunch with. I would genuinely come here again. The beef tacos were the standout dishes. If you're ever in Baja California and you miss out here, you're missing out. I also had a tostada, but it tasted like it was cooked for a little too long, but definitely worth the hype. 4.5 stars.

Friendly staff. Lots of children playing. Tacos and guac were outstanding! Food was authentic vs Americanized!

Tacos Al Pastor & Tacos Asada

In 2016 (8 years ago) my wife and I dined here while on a week long vacation. This is, without exaggerating, virtually the best taco experience we have ever shared in a restaurant. My spouse is Mexican and grew up on tacos. We have authored a cookbook on Mexican cuisine. These tacos and the taquero who prepared them were unbelievably perfect in flavor, consistency, texture, and freshness. It is simple counter service. Order any version you like, then STAY OUT OF THE WAY OF THE CHEF. He is friendly but works at lightning speed with unrivaled accuracy. While we were there a fellow US visitor started using his mis en place like a taco bar. He shot this idiot a look like a total pro, and the idiot sauntered back to his table. That kind of forgiveness is what makes Mexico and its people the most forgiving to our ignorance. This chef's operation is remarkable. If you are lucky enough to eat there, savor every bite, and don't look for a white tablecloth or fancy signs & service but trust it s THE taco experience you should have.

This place was so good! Tacos were reasonably priced and delicious. This is the perfect lunch spot when visiting Todo Santos. No frills environment but clean.

This place is usually only open late afternoon/evening. I've had their pastor as well as Asada tacos, both were good but the pastor is hands down better. It's not the best taco place in town but definitely good. My only complaint is the lack of condiment selection, only one salsa which is mild and not crazy flavorful, some cucumbers, radishes and limes.

Best tacos ever! Tortillas hot and perfectly toasted, meat was piping hot, nice crispy yet soft and tender and incredibly flavourful, cheap and awesome! Best tacos ever! We are DEFINITELY going back! Quick service, but very busy, zero ambiences, but when the food is THIS good and cheap, who cares? 6/5!

Bro. These tacos. Breh. Best ever. Menu is simple. Food is fresh. Flavors are off the charts. Service is friendly. Jamaica agua fresca is bomb, not too sweet. Or bring a beer or two from the market across the street. First night in town we ordered six tacos, three asada & three pastor. Server recommended corn tortillas for the pastor and flour for the asada, so that's how we rolled. She was right. Tortillas are handmade, meat is piled high, and tacos are topped with the usual onions & cilantro plus a heaping of guacamole. All types of juicy messy goodness. Also they bring out a plate of salsa, radishes, and cucumbers to have with your meal, and the radishes were amazing. A building heat that almost gets up in your nasal passages like wasabi. Ate here two of the three days and it wasn't enough. I miss it. A filling feast of tacos for two for less than 10 bucks. Yea I miss it.

Very authentic CDX style tacos. The staff were friendly and accommodating. If you need a break from fish tacos, prioritize Tacos el Poblano.

Our food was exceptional! 10/10 highly recommend Santos Pecados. We ordered the following: chilaquiles omellet, huevos rancheros de la casa, chorizo scramble, and a bacon scramble. For folx visiting Dos Santos, I highly recommend Santos Pecados, their menu has plenty of options without being a massive menu, the service was lovely, and the prices are fair. 10/10 highly recommend.

The food was absolutely amazing from start to finish. We began with the plantain appetizer stuffed with cheese and served over a rich mole sauce. It was out of this world. If I could change one thing, I'd make the plantains a little larger--they were a bit smaller than the size of my palm--but the flavor more than made up for it. That mole sauce was everything: rich, slightly sweet, complex, and the perfect complement to the cheese-filled plantains. I could have eaten a bowl of that sauce by itself. For our entrées, we had the chicken penne Alfredo and the ribs with raspberry barbecue sauce. The Alfredo was creamy, rich, perfectly seasoned, and served in a generous portion. The ribs were equally impressive--tender, flavorful, and paired beautifully with the unique raspberry barbecue sauce. My only complaint is that I wish there had been more ribs because they were that good. Great food, great flavors, and a memorable meal. If you're anywhere near Todos Santos or Playa Cerritos, I highly recommend making a stop at Santos Pecados.

Hierbabuena is so much more than a concept. Everything is crafted with the freshest and locally grown produce. If you're looking for cheap eats, there's a lot of options. If you need something special and aimed at great ingredients, this is the spot. Service is kind, knowledgeable, and prepared to give you recommendations. You're tucked away in a garden oasis, with incredible nourishment. There are many flowers, birds, and a great playlist. The meal started with a gratis tiny cup of tasty butternut squash soup. I requested a chicory salad because when is chicory a menu star? It's no surprise that this salad was good. The leaves were dotted with tangy goat cheese and gems of pomegranate seeds. Chicory was the star. I had the fish tacos, three dressed in adobo seasoning, a recommendation over the grilled sea bass special. The plate had three small spoons filled with guac, salsa verde, and the most incredible salsa macha. The salsa macha had notes of chocolate that paired well with the adobo seasoned fish. Don't miss this! The chile relleno was filled with quinoa and veggies, plated on top of two sauces. The flavors were really tasty and I appreciated the thoughtful vegetarian option that highlighted seasonal flavors. I walked in knowing I wanted cheesecake for dessert but then learned a favorite was their flan. I switched with no regrets. This flan was better and nothing like anything I've had before. If you like flan and love coconut, this is for you. The cocktails were so good. The martini was different, I loved this passion fruit margarita, the watermelon juice with tequila was refreshing, and they had great local beer options. I was very happy with this lovely meal. Compared to other area bars, they have sourced bottles directly from mezcaleros in Oaxaca and other DOM states (vs average bottles you find at most other area bars e.g. Union, 400 Conejos). For example, they have a flight of 6 pours (maybe 1oz each) for $53 USD! They have a Borrego that is going for $26 a pour...thems Las Vegas baller room prices!
