The masa (dough) they use is the absolute best I've ever eaten, and Silvia, daughter of owners, makes the masa into tacos, gorditas, quesadillas, and burritos. I have been going to this stand about 4 times a year for the last 5 years and the food has never had any ill effect on my gringo stomach. I LOVE the frijoles and cheese she uses, and all of the other ingredients are delicious as well.
