3 asada tacos 2 tripas
Jozel R.

Arrived 45 mins before closing. The lady who took our order was nice. My husband and I ordered 3 asada tacos, 2 tripas and an asada torta. Waited about 10mins for our order. The flavors of the meat were spot on. The tripas was crunchy just the way I like it. We asked for chilis on the side which they provided. Their salsa had good flavor and was spicy. They do charge .50cents for extra salsa. My only complaint would be the tortillas. Parts of it was really hard and the parts that weren't it was just so soggy my meat kept falling of the tortilla making it alittle frustrating to eat. My husband enjoyed his torta. Overall we were happy to finally try this taco truck that we always seem to pass by.

Authentic, delicious Mexican street tacos and mariscos (seafood) with a myriad of choices and a full menu. Inexpensive, made-to-order, juicy and well-seasoned meats. Meat and seafood choices include the following: Asada (beef steak), Pastor (Shepard-style pork), Carnitas (braised pork), Pollo (chicken), Buche (stomach), Tripas (tripe, intestines), Pescado (fish), Jamon (ham), and Chorizo (Mexican sausage) among others. Menu consists of tacos, burritos, quesadillas, tostadas, tortas, pozole, breakfast burritos, ceviche, shrimp and mixtas cocktails, aqua frescas. This taco truck is a family-run business. They start serving guests at 5:30 pm. Open Tuesday to Sunday (closed on Monday). Located on Willow Plaza parking lot, next to the Sinclair gas station on the corner of Shaw and Willow Avenues (heading east), directly in front of Smart & Final. Finally! A legit taco truck in Clovis! And right now, the only taco joint in town I will go back to.

Great tacos on taco Tuesday. I like a very simple taco so I love how I can create my own option

Best tacos in the Fresno/Clovis area. The asada is good. They add grilled onions as well.

Where to even begin. I know very well it never matters who the cook is. If there is a talent, the…read morefood will shine, period. In the case of Ring Your Bell, the smell coming off the food truck of old fry oil should have been my first warning. Since I did not heed the first warning, the second warning should have been the lazy man sitting at the back of the truck playing with his phone, which I overlooked. The next warning was at the window where I overheard a customer to my right advising that she wanted her rice without the sauces, which prompted a light argument from the food truck worker. When the worker asked the young lady who was taking orders if the customer had requested no sauce, the response given, 'I don't know, maybe, I honestly don't remember'. This is something as the next order taken was mine, and there were a total of 3 customer total at this point. I ordered chicken potstickers & a steak bowl. When I went to the pick-up window, I noticed a large metal container on the prep table that I had assumed held the sauces, but sadly, it contained the fried rice, which was already done. In no world should anyone be subjected to rice like this. In reality, fried rice is made from leftover white rice (usually) cooked over high heat with your choice of add-in items. It takes on average 3 minutes to make fried rice. The fact they had their rice sitting in a warmer guarantees gummy rice. It took 3 minutes, maybe for my lunch. When I took a bite of the potstickers, I recognized the flavor immediately as I purchased these often from Costco for my family, so I knew these were safe. The bowl, on the other hand, was the stuff of sauce nightmares where fools have no knife skills. The zucchini advertised as part of this bowl was one piece cut unevenly about 2 inches long & was drowning in three different sauces it looked like. The smell coming off of it was so questionable that I refused to eat it & found some poor soul to eat it (this poor soul had already purchased something from this truck). The two young ladies working in the truck were rude and dismissive to what few customers they had with questionable cooking skills. The male was just lazy. They have disgraced a culture I love and respect with their poor, uninspired food. Not only did I throw money down the drain, but I was upset with myself for not listening to my gut. As I said, the only safe options were the potstickers and pre-made sauce. Fresno Street Eats needs to distance this truck. Also, every man woman child and animal should run the other way when they see this truck

yes 5 stars, this teppanyaki chicken bowl is just the best!…read morethe rice, the grilled chicken, the squash, the corn, the green onions and teriyaki/spicy mayo all comes together and fills the soul, glad i found them!
