My husband had the carne asada tacos that he finished but said they were 'okay'. I had the chicken enchiladas that I thought would be awful but they weren't. I ate two out of three. The rice is definitely different but pretty good and it came with a side salad. The chips and salsa were also good. They had one server who was busting it out, one cook and another older gentleman who helped out where needed. Service was very good and the ambiance of the restaurant was inviting. I would recommend it as long as you're not expecting it to be 'Mexican' food. The staff are really working hard to make it work so give them a visit.

Now they have found a more permanent location just south of Fairmont Hot Springs, near the Hoodoos. This new place is brightly decorated, cheery and a very enjoyable place to dine. The service was wonderful and we were happily greeted by all staff. The food was delicious as always. We will definitely keep coming back to enjoy their cuisine.
