My eyebrows are still sore and it's been over 24 hours. Maybe I am sensitive ‍ The thing that really bothered me though was the girl didn't ask me before taking away half of my eyebrows. I have naturally thicker eyebrows which I love and I typically just clean up the edges when I get them done to give them a nice shape. This girl gave me the thinnest eyebrows I've ever had, and I just feel like we should've talked about it before she took the hair away. You can always do more but you can't undo what's already been done. The price is also a bit steep. I remember when eyebrows used to be $8-10. I paid $20 including a small tip. Overall, not the worst experience ever but I probably won't come back

I went in to my consultation a bit nervous and within minutes I knew this was the place for me. I decided to get my eyebrows microbladed literally right after my thorough consultation!!! (The consultation includes a standard questionnaire for safety guidelines and to make sure you're a candidate for the procedure.) With each step.... (numbing cream, eyebrow mapping, eyebrow clean up), Sissi was thorough with the explanation and handed me a hand held mirror to observe which I really appreciated!! We started by talking about my hair and its past, my routine and what I want my hair to be. He listened intently and adjusted his consultation with me accordingly. After the dry cut (which turned out perfect), he washed and styled my hair. Through every step, he was explaining why this works for my hair and how I could do it at home. I have never really known what to do with my natural hair, but now I do! He listened so well to all of my questions and concerns and I am so happy with the result! I had the impression of salons as being places that aim to pump out clients and push products. This was totally not true here. Of course they do have products and tools they recommend and sell, but are upfront that you don't need to buy from them. This is the best thing I've done for myself , it's amazing how important great eyebrows can change the look of your whole face for the better. Rhonda is a perfectionist , she spent about 45 minutes to an hour just measuring out the frame on my face, then had me make several expressions to make sure they looked even. She was extra careful about contamination and explained how she was using sterile, unused equipment on me that no one else uses. She explained everything in great detail and was extremely professional. She applied a numbing cream as well and I did not feel one thing throughout the entire process.
