I found a weed or Olympic set for $250. When I called the store there were no more, just the floor model. I drove 3 hours from New York to get this set. Either I'm super dedicated or not too bright. Either way when I got there the set was still there on the rack with the $250 tag on it. I was able to get this item for $199. Not bad at all. In fact for 300 lb Olympics set that's a great price. The staff was attentive and friendly. Very patient. If I lived closer I would give them more business based on my initial experience

So I purchased both speakers I needed and during the conversation, the clerk was taking my address information and we realized the clerk in Hagerstown lived in the same town as I did so he offered to meet me at a location and he delivered it to me. I could not have more appreciative for the great customer service. They went above and beyond for me. Very much appreciated!

To make matters way worse, I caught a middle aged man very obviously recording my backside-or attempting to do so as I was looking at shoes. When I told my partner who was there with me at the time about what I noticed, he told me that the man grabbed his son and quickly left the store right away. When I looked over at the employees, they were all watching and laughing about it together. That was really sad, really disheartening to see. Not that the teenage employees were expected to tackle this man by any means, but to show any kind of empathy would have been so appreciated in that moment. It was really upsetting to look over and see them standing there chuckling about a possible sexual assault that may have occurred while they all stood by the register. As someone who works in a client-oriented role myself, this was honestly a terrible experience. To know that they seemed fully aware of the situation at hand and they decided to laugh and stare is deeply upsetting to me. I came to visit Tanger Outlets in Lancaster for the first time and this specific shop was unfortunately the first and last I checked out. I left after this incident.

I had only ordered from Shibe through mail order until my last visit to Philadelphia. Then, as I'm killing time and walking around before a concert, I walked past their physical shop. I had to duck in. Lots of Eagles Super Bowl swag, stickers, shirts and hats. I purchased Phils and Birds stickers and a really cool Phillies knit cap. Prices are way more competitive than I would've expected from a place located in the heart of the city. One interesting thing, while I was perusing the shop a person walked in and asked the employees "Do you sell anything aside from Philly teams?" The answer "Absolutely not".
