Our wedding was scheduled for September 2020 during the height of COVID. Four months prior to the scheduled date, we asked to reschedule since there was an executive order prohibiting weddings of our size from being held in NC. Twenty-One Films were unwilling to reschedule nor return any of the full amount we paid. They kept ALL of our money (the full price for their services) and delivered absolutely nothing nor did any work. I'm sure they are good when they actually perform the service you hire them for but you should not expect them to do what is right for you as the customer.

The day before my project, Phil took time to meet me at the site to assess the conditions of the training room where we would be filming. The morning of the project, he showed up early and went about getting set up, which allowed me to focus on my own work.
