Much of my wardrobe has had to transform as I've been on a positive health journey that led to me losing 40 pounds over the past 3 years. Tad More has been with me over the course of this journey taking on an array of challenging alterations, repairs to old clothes, and adjustments for new purchases and bargains from ebay. They have reapaired and taken in everything from casual jeans to work suits; outerwear to swim trunks. They created a custom lining for a leather jacket I found on ebay. They repaired several button-down work shirts that had frayed at the cuffs and now look like new. Tad More Tailoring is one of the best tailors I have used. Their customer service is outstanding and very attentive to the needs of the customer. Rarely is there ever a problem with the alterations (that is often an issue when using an online service); however, the one time there was an issue, their customer service reached out to me quickly, within 1 day, and resolved the issued at no charge...with no questions asked. This is outstanding. We live in a world where the customer is often devalued and questioned; however, with TMT they truly treat the customer as the customer - with respect and concern to keep us happy. First and foremost, this is the BEST service for introverts such as myself! I was able to get my clothing altered (sleeves and legs shortened and hemmed) perfectly, without even having to see anyone in person. Everything was handled professionally and quickly! I've had two pairs of jeans altered and both times I could not tell that they were altered---it's as though the jeans were made just for me and were a perfect fit when I bought them. Very fast turn around time. Also to note if you are apprehensive about mailing your expensive clothes to get altered, both of the jeans were $150 each, I was a bit apprehensive mailing them away for alterations but have been very impressed each time. I have a few other more expensive dresses (about $650 each) that I also need altered and feel confident in doing so. read more

I can not say enough good things about tmtailor.com. Their work is on point and turn around time is reasonable. I get my shirts altered by them and they do great work. I get my sleeves shorten and the plackets moved. They never let me down. If they run across issues, they contact me to let me know what's going on and any options I have. They have really allowed me to get better clothes without worrying about fit. Since they are online, they are very convenient. They'll email a shipping label you print at home and take to your nearest post office. read more

Wonderful all the way around! I have been a seamstress for quite some time. I can't sew anymore because of arthritic hands. I had 2 suit pants altered by Tad More as well as several pairs of casual pants. I did this via their online service. The service was quick and very professional, they even reached out to me when they realized that the length I had indicated on one of the pants was inconsistent with the other pants, this would have resulted in the pants being too short. Tad More Tailoring replaced a cheap & flimsy zipper on my favorite jacket. The new zipper is sturdier and more stylish. The workmanship is *flawless*. Prepare to be amazed by the quality of their alterations. Every stitch is perfect. I searched--and failed to find--a local tailor who would even attempt to repair my jacket. I've always sent my alterations to my mom since I have no clue how to hold a needle or do a perfect stitch. This was so much easier to do!
