After all the hype of how great it was going to look, it was such a disappointment when we saw that not everything was like new. After a walk through after the project was done, areas were pointed out that weren't up to par. As we started to point out the areas, the tone changed completely. Statements such as "brand new" to "hey this is the best we could do". After going back and forth for awhile, we asked if they could come back to redo these areas before the balance was paid, he said no, that we needed to pay the balance first and that they would call to see what day they had available to redo the areas. The excitement we had at the beginning was now turning sour. That meeting ended with him saying "you will be hearing from us ". Instead of working with us, and trying to remedy the situation, he sent an email a week later, to the fact that any further communications with him will have to go through his lawyer. What happened to satisfying the customer? We have to pay for mediocracy and the additional court fees? Why such extreme measures? Is this the reputation that this company is developing, bullying clients?

Called again. Came end of October. Said board was cracked. Came to replace board November 19. Closed up for the winter. Opened in the spring and within a week was tilted again. Came on April 23 and said something bent. Came June 10 to fix. The 3 servicemen said they didn't have enough workers with them and they did not have the correct size replacement piece. They took the awning with them and are bringing back to the shop. Maybe will be back in a week. Insinuated multiple times over the phone that we broke the awning and said they were doing a courtesy by not charging for repairs! From the installation at the end of August to today, June 10, the awning has never been hanging correctly. They are scheduled to return on June 18- Over 9 months !

I've been calling since Jan. 2024 with water coming down wall where chimney is, staining wall in living room. I've made appointments, spoke with Chris in Feb., now its March. Several missed appointments. Water damage worse now. Finally called and asked for them to be honest and if they didn't want my job because its not an entire roof. Said they will show up but I'm not holding my breathe. I started researching chimney masons. Too bad because they are pleasant on the phone but Noel has been using the same roof job excuse for months. I just saw a roof go up in my neighborhood in 2 days. Maybe I will call them for an estimate. Update...I'm changing to 4 stars from 1. Friday 3/15/24 I received a call from Noel that the worker, Anthony, was in my driveway. It was scheduled for Monday. I received no courtesy call changing the day and keeping me posted. I'm taking a star off for their scheduling issues. Anthony gets 5 stars. They are lucky they have a knowledgeable worker. He is great. I would recommend but will add to keep calling if scheduling an appointment.
