Our first experience was with having an oriental rug cleaned, which I was very nervous about due to the delicate nature of those types of rugs (and it was quite expensive). Vic was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable upon my initial questions. We had the rug taken to their location to be "deep cleaned", and I must say it was like a brand new rug when he brought it back! They did an amazing job! In my case, they also remove a gigantic area rug nd give it a bath in their facility and bring it back a week or 2 later when they replace it perfectly (under furniture, etc.). Jenn and her helper always have a very positive, upbeat attitude which I greatly appreciate. For all that they do, I think their rates are very reasonable. On Time Steam Carpet Cleaning is the only place I will ever call to clean my carpeting because they simply are the best.
