This company WOULD NOT give me my down payment back as if I canceled my event. I have been using this company for all my events for 4 years and thought they would have a LITTLE COMPASSION because of the situation.....but they didn't. I called over 10 times to at least get another date, but they wouldn't allow that. I asked for a call back from management each time I called, and they NEVER CALLED BACK. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS COMPANY!

I first found Letter Bright online, since before this review they didn't have a Yelp listing. I scrolled their site and requested a quote for my lighting needs. I got response within a few hours and we were off to the races. The owner, Angie, was very easy to work with was a great communicator. She showed up at my event venue right on time and had everything set up and before I even got there. Take a look at my pics, but I ordered "Yelp Elite 23" to celebrate another Yelp Elite year! Before Angie left, she pointed out that a few of the bulbs were slightly dimmer than the others, a sign that they might burn out, so she left me a few replacement lights incase that happened. She showed about 30-minutes after the party was over to breakdown the lighting setup. The entire process was so easy and the letters really made the party pop. Shout out to this locally and family owned business. Hire them for your next event!
