I got response within a few hours and we were off to the races. The owner, Angie, was very easy to work with was a great communicator. She showed up at my event venue right on time and had everything set up and before I even got there. Take a look at my pics, but I ordered "Yelp Elite 23" to celebrate another Yelp Elite year! Before Angie left, she pointed out that a few of the bulbs were slightly dimmer than the others, a sign that they might burn out, so she left me a few replacement lights incase that happened. She showed about 30-minutes after the party was over to breakdown the lighting setup. The entire process was so easy and the letters really made the party pop. Shout out to this locally and family owned business. Hire them for your next event!

I picked the bounce house up myself to save on the delivery/setup charge. I drive a smallish hatchback and it all fit, but it was SUPER heavy and required three adults to unload it at my house and load it back up when it was time to return. I picked it up Friday afternoon and returned it Monday morning. I felt it was a decent value for getting to have it all weekend! I noticed a sign in their store that said they give a discount if you pay in cash, so be sure to ask about that when you call to reserve.
