He is very knowledgeable, reasonably priced, respectful, and always offers thoughtful suggestions without being pushy. For this project, he came by about three times and did several things: moved the sink and toilet plumbing about a foot to the left (this was my request because I plan to install a handicap-accessible shower in the future), installed a new cabinet and toilet, mounted a mirror with hidden electrical, replaced outdated lighting with recessed lighting, and handled drywall work and prep for paint. Check out the before and after pics! 2) Garbage disposal replacement: I called him on a Friday, and we were able to schedule for Monday. He showed up right on time, finished in about 20 minutes, and cleaned everything up afterward. He's efficient, professional, and just genuinely nice to work with. Eventually they sent someone out and they proceeded to do the exact same thing they did before which was paint the caulking before it had a chance to dry let alone cure. I watched them caulk it and then come immediately after and paint it not 5 minutes later. Everyone knows that caulking should fully cure for 24 hours before you try to paint it otherwise it will do exactly what it did (Google it). Sure enough, a week later the same places where they caulked and painted are pulling apart, cracking and splitting...imagine that. Now I will have to hire another company to come along behind them and fix their mistakes since they will not do it correctly themselves.

He provided me a quote based on pictures I sent and provided 2 possible quotes - one to fix the drawer using the existing wood and another if they had to rebuild the drawer altogether. I brought the broken drawer in and within a few days the drawer was fixed. They ended up rebuilding the cabinet drawer, which I'm glad they did. They used quality wood which makes the drawer more durable and the rails on the side fit perfectly back into place when put back in the cabinet opening. They have excellent service, and the quality of the work they did for the price was excellent (they came in the lowest quote from 3 businesses I reached out to on Yelp). We had to take off all of the door handles and door knobs and clean the paint off them because he didn't properly prep them. We still have paint on some of our light fixtures.
