Alivea, the general manager, is really approachable and she stays really on top of things organizationally. The cleaning quality of their staff is thorough and well done. They mainstain a high bar and I can rest easy knowing that I don't have to worry. They will show up on time and when I expect them there, even when they have a tight window to clean between guest stays (which can't be that easy!). I regularly receive feedback from guests that our place is "sparkling" clean, which is a testament to this company's high standard. They have a lot to do in our home and they manage to get quite a lot done in a short period of time. I also use So Clean's handyman services, which have been excellent---everything from hanging mirrors on our walls, repairing a broken board or two on our dock and staircase, to assembling a bench and dresser when I couldn't find time to do so! I love that they provide a one stop shop for homeowners...They have a high level of personalized service and are willing to go above and beyond basic expectations: accommodating requests that few companies do these days. For example, they have gone out with short notice to buy a spare propane tank for our BBQ and a bottle of wine to greet our upcoming guests. I don't expect perfection. On rare occasions, we've had a little mishap or snafoo (related to scheduling or very specific things we wanted done in our home presentation for rental), but the company has been really receptive to feedback and addressed any issues that arose straight away. I'm not worried about those issues arising again. As with all things in life, occasionally things don't go perfectly, but those companies who are receptive to constructive feedback and are willing to improve are the ones I will most likely return to for business. I found it helpful supplying this company with a typed-out checklist of specific cleaning requests, since some of my expectations for our rental unit are more detailed than might be asked of a typical house cleaner. This company also provides a basic checklist to their cleaners for all homes, which is pretty thorough. As the name suggests, they use naturally based cleaning agents, to keep their customers and staff healthy. I think they do a fantastic job! Way to go So Clean and Green! We're retirees and packing boxes in preparation for the movers was the most exhausting experience, but Marina was pleasantly accommodating. She promptly arrived at 9:00 AM, as we had arranged, and after taking a cursory look inside the apartment she offered her price, which was more than fair, and less than she had originally quoted on line. We ran to the bank to get some cash and other business and by the time we returned Marina & her assistant were done. We conducted an inspection and found the old apartment as good, if not better, than when we originally moved in (5-years ago). Absolutely everything was sparkling clean, to include windows, kitchen appliances, bathrooms and the rest of the 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit. We were amazed at how fast she worked and gladly handed her the payment asked for, to include a small tip for her excellent work. By anyone's standards, Marina's Cleaning Service is highly recommended. We even inquired of her if she would be interested in providing once a month cleaning service at our new apartment and although she's based in Tacoma, WA, she said she would accept the job.
