They attempted to charge me a late fee, even though I had told them in advance that I was stuck in traffic due to an accident and lane closure, and I got there only four minutes late even with those circumstances. There was also this whole misunderstanding where I thought this was a no kennel place, but when I tried to explain myself, they were rude and unprofessional to me, constantly interrupting me and calling me "kid." They charged me for some fee I'm unsure of since they didn't give me a receipt nor asked me if I wanted one. had a terrible experience today 9/22/2022. this is my second time going to her. The first experience wasn't bad. But this time was terrible. I will admit I was a little late. But she took my dog, once she finished my mom went to go pick up my dog and payed the invoice. she called very upset and angry and said she said she sent the wrong amount. Quoting her, " I need my money, someone has to pay me." and her tone was terrible. My mom went back and payed and she threw her card at her. Have been getting my Aussie groomed here since I moved back to cypress and have been highly impressed!! I feel like I am high maintenance about the length and style of my Sophie's fur and each time Kim has been awesome! She explains the clippers length and the different cuts to us and make sure it's exactly what we want! Her location is small and great for dogs with anxiety that don't like lots of kennels and dogs barking all day long! She always gets my Aussie done in a quick time and she always smells wonderful!! Avoid this place like the plague. They raised their rates and after they started cutting my dog they called to say they were going to charge me even more. I had no say because they had my dog and had already started cutting. In the end they still over charged me from what they said they were going to charge. I just checked my credit card. read more

This place is really great. My sweet Louie was in a shelter and so I don't like to leave him alone for long periods of time. She gets him done in 1-2 hours and he always looks so good! People are saying that she is rude if you are late, but just don't be late to an appointment you have. Especially because of the tight schedule she sticks to. read more

Took my dogs to her. I arrived 15 minutes late and was very apologetic-she ranted on and on about how she has appointments for a reason and this was going to set her whole day off (I was still there 15 min before they opened and the 1st dogs there) and that she'd have to squeeze them in when she could. When the dogs got home and I saw them I was devastated. They were shaved not cut and they were both shaky and acting very weird. One of my dogs had a cut on his tummy and a cut right near his eye! It was bad enough that there was clotted blood in his hair near his eye! They both have just laid in my bed the rest of the evening after the trauma they apparently endured. I will NOT be going back! If I had hurt someones pet I would call and let the person know immediately! When she called and I said I was sending my son to get them-she should have at THAT moment told me what happened! Made appointment a week in advance and submitted vaccination records at time appointment was made. Show up for the appointment and am told that the vaccination records are not up to date, when in fact my dog was just at the vet last month and told specifically that she is good on everything through the end of the year. Just called and spoke with my vet who states that in fact records are up to date. Have been to numerous groomers over the years and never had an issue like today. Try looking at the records ahead of time when someone comes in if you're going to have a problem accepting them, not send me away the day of after I've taken time off from work. Was not impressed with the facilities, so probably for the best my dog not seen here anyway. read more
