Dr Foskey treated him conservatively without invasive surgery and on the 3rd day he came home. Dr Foskey's office was kind, attentive and very informative. They kept in touch at least twice daily during hospitalization. Dr Foskey met with us upon release and answered all our questions thoroughly. I would never use another vet. This review is just for the grooming portion…read more They were able to get my 4 year old, 65lbs, shaggy labradoodle in within 2 days of me calling for a groom. We asked for a total shave down/summer cut, and she looked wonderful after!! No spots were missed and she came out very happy. The groomer checked her in and was there for pick up. It took the typical 4 hours. I usually go to Petco or Petsmart because of cost, but when we moved to TX I wanted to try somewhere else. The cost was the same but the groomer took her time to get the knots out between her toes and shave her legs evenly...which wasn't the case at Petco/Petsmart. Also her super hairy doodle ears were plucked all the way. Plus! They got her in sooner. Usually for the bigger retail places it's a week or more out. For large dogs they do not express anal glands, just fyi. Wasn't a deal breaker for me. All the dogs coming in for daycare were super cute and excited! It makes we want to try it out. :)

If I could give 0 stars I would. Such poor customer service. Originally it was going to take over 2…read moremonths to get my dog a grooming appointment, but apparently the owner hired a new groomer and got us scheduled right away. Nothing wrong with that, however, the "new" groomer shaved way to close to my dog's skin within her sanitary region. A bad razor burn with swelling and oozing resulted a day later. I took her to the vet, and the doctor said the close shave caused irritation which resulted in an infection. When I confronted the owner, she denied any responsibility for the infection that resulted from the razor burn and wouldn't reimburse us anything because apparently they were not "liable." This is an absolute degradation to their services and an extreme disappointment. We have enjoyed taking our dog there in the past, but I'm not about to let something like this happen again just to have to take my dog to the vet again. The grooming fee is already expensive enough without the addition of an unexpected vet bill. The owner showed little sympathy and didn't seem to care about our dog's well being at all. I would expect a good groomer to take the health and well being of the animals of the upmost importance, but money and pride seemed to have gotten in the way. I guess its too hard to take care of your customers and take responsibility for an issue that one of your staff members caused. I expect better treatment from a "Professional" grooming service.
