It was a little pricier than I expected, $25 for one dress however I know it could be more because of the material and the length and also it's been years since I've had anything dry cleaned. She did give me two dollars off for being a new customer which I appreciated. You also pay upfront which I haven't had before but in a way it's nice because pick up is faster. That's what I did today. It was the same lady who took my dress who also did the initial transaction. I definitely looks like a small business, but that it does a lot of business! I appreciate someone holding down a business like she is doing and love to support local. The turnaround time for it was also longer than expected, about four days. But again, I just haven't had anything dry cleaned in a while, and it just shows that they really do handle a lot of clients. My dress was ready on time. Pick up was easy and the lady greeted me with a smile. The dress came out clean and I had no issues. I'll definitely come back here for all my dry cleaning needs!

Before I went, I also called to ask them how much it would be for a cleaning, and they quoted me for $185. I don't remember how much it costs for the preservation box, but they do offer that, as well. Price was accurate when I came to the shop. I always wonder if I'm getting ripped off when I go to the dry cleaners because the prices aren't always clear, so I was glad it was the same. The shop just says "Cleaners" for their sign on the outside, but inside it does say Tailor John Cleaners. Large parking lot, it's near the CVS that closed, and the Big Lots that also closed. Shop is very clean. The woman helping me was very friendly. I was told the dress would be ready in 1 week. Payment is due when I pick up. I appreciate that because I can ensure that the cleaning is what I can reasonably expect before paying. A little over a week, I hadn't heard about my dress being ready for pickup, so I called and they confirmed it was ready. When I picked up my dress, it was an older gentleman helping me. He was also very friendly. I found the dress was cleaned to my satisfaction. Overall, it was a good experience getting my dress cleaned here and I would definitely recommend!

I should've trusted my gut instinct and she should've trusted hers too and turned me away. Do not get your dress shirts sleeves hemmed here.
