I couldn't wait because I was out of clean clothes and really had to get them washed and dried. I am really grateful to find Sonny's Laundromat, which is really clean, and has super sleek and modern washer and dryer machines :) ! A lady named Teri was on duty and really helped to guide me through the card system for loading money so I could my new card for the washer and dryer services. I forgot to bring my laundry detergent. So she kindly sold me a small box of detergent for $2 :) ! She was so friendly, patient and courteous and answered all the questions I had :) ! I was so grateful :D ! There are plenty of regular seats inside while you wait for your laundry to finish, as well as some cubicle-like desk areas with chairs if you would like to hop on free WiFi and get some work done :) ! I brought my electronics and my work binder so I could get some work done while I waited. There are also nice and clean folding tables to fold your laundry when it is dried :) ! You can do your own service laundry like me :) ! Or you can opt to drop off your laundry for the employees to work on, and pick it up later. I opted to do my own laundry since it was cheaper. But overall, their available services are pretty reasonably priced :) ! There are different-sized washers, depending on how small, medium or large your load is. I had a medium sized load, so my wash was about $5.95 for 20 minutes. The dryer was $2 for 38 minutes. I was really relieved to finish my laundry so quickly :D ! This laundry facility exceeded my expectations with the excellent customer service :) ! Most of the customers who come here are pretty respectful as well :) ! I will definitely be back for my regular clothes, and also with my bedsheets and comforters next time ;) ! I also really like how there is plenty of parking :D ! And just to ease everyone's burden of carrying or wheeling their laundry load in, the front door automatically opens so you don't have to use extra hands just to open the door :) !

Some machines ran real hot on low and others never got hot on highest setting. No one on site. There's a boutique next door that is owned by same owner but employees are hesitant to help.

I put my laundry in the machines and a customer walked up to me and asked for the bathroom. I told her I don't work here, but the lady went into the back room. The customer rang the bell and waited. She finally left and the attendant came out like 20 minutes later. I needed more coins, so I went to the ATM and then to the change machine,the attendant came out of the office and stood and stared at me again. It was very uncomfortable for me. I took a cart and went to the drying table, she followed me and took my cart away. Usually the nice attendants always ask, "are you using this?" Not this unpleasant woman. This is the first time I've ever seen her, I can only describe her hairstyle from the back, it looks like a dog's butt I never seen her and don't know her name

There is NO posted sign to see how much it costs you for a wash/dry. That kind of makes it a scam, since they can probably make the machines eat the money off the card pretty quickly. It ended up being $8 for the quilt, and this is just the wash. That's outrageous. Will not return. Facility is clean and the attendant was helpful.

Highly recommended! Westside Laundromat saved the day! Our Whirlpool washer died, and we came here…read moretoday to wash our clothes. It's apparently under new ownership, and the nice couple could not be more gracious and helpful when we arrived. They took the time to explain the process. Currently, they only take cash, but they are in the process of updating older machines. I noticed quickly how immaculate and clean it is.

The card machines would not allow reload forcing customers to purchase new one every time. Each card purchase takes .39 deposit. There was no toilet paper or hand soap in the restroom. A few other customer shared that the laundry mat has been in these conditions for a while.
