I should have taken that as a sign already but since i read a previous review that seemed promising enough for the alterations, i thought it couldnt hurt. Boy was i wrong! I gave the man who worked the tailor section 2 simple hem jobs to do for the length of my dresses. These dresses were one of a kind and i should have invested more moeny in a different place!! This man decided to cut the lining of the dress the appropriate length but then the top layer of the actual dress was at least 2 inches shorter!!! So you can see the lining and it looks awful. I should have tried it on before i paid him and left because i would have refused to pay him. It was only 25$ total for both dresses so i thought it was worth it. Now i know better! Terribly unprofessional setting for his business as well since the dressing room for fitting was this tiny closet that was part of his nook. He also did not seem to speak any english but i didnt think that would have been a problem. Biggest mistake ever coming here!!!

Aside from dry cleaning, the place allows you to do your own laundry as well. Why the four stars? I felt that $20 is a bit pricey for dry cleaning and pressing a tablecloth. I realize it takes work to accomplish both but $10-15 seems more reasonable. That's fine. I had to have it done anyway and the place is close by. I don't see myself coming here too often. I have a coat that needs dry cleaning so maybe when the time comes in a few months, I'll bring it.

Don't be like me and try to pay or look at the machine for coin slots. You can use your credit card, smart device, cash to add credit to the payment card that actually talks to the machines. They won't come looking for you to tell you, otherwise. There are various size machines. The larger ones are pricier. The smaller ones are towards the front. Pay attention to the diagram of where the detergent, softener, and bleach go - via the box on the top. The cycles went pretty quickly. 18 min to wash, 35 min to dry ($2.93 per dryer cycle). I spent a total of 75minutes with the wash, dry, and folding. This Laundromat also has drop off service. They have a clean restroom and free WIFI. It's next door to a Dollar Tree, if you're in the mood to shop for...school supplies, maybe. The Laundromat is on the outside corner of a small strip mall, and there is plenty of parking around it. Now that I've been here, I would use it, if I needed it.

The price isn't worth the workmanship and time. 2) after two weeks of keeping my jacket, the manager told me they could not fix my jacket buttons. Additionally, they kept my buttons at another store location forcing me to return to the store again just to retrieve my buttons. The manager is running his business very poorly. Poor communication, poor customer service and poor workmanship. Take your business elsewhere.

Press Xpress is great and fast. Don't know how they do it but they always seem to remember who I…read moream and just exactly why I am stopping by and/or dropping off! They are usually very busy but it doesn't show with their great customer service. I don't think I've ever spent more than 5 minutes here either picking up or dropping off. The location is very easy to get to and there is always ample parking right in front. The staff are super helpful when it come to stain removal and pressing recommendations. I've only taken in clothing but I've seen comforters there and other odd items that people would like to have cleaned. Their pricing is good and definitely worth it, as they do great work and it is generally a fast turn around. They offer to have items next day if you request but I've never had the need to have something that fast. Overall, I'm glad this place is easy to get to, with great customer service, and fast turn arounds...now what's the next party I got because I'm sure I'll need to drop things off soon!
