One of the best decisions I made was to go with A & R Chiavari for marquee letters that my son & daughter in love wanted for their wedding reception. After messaging/emailing with Adan back & forth for a few weeks (I'm surprised he didn't stop responding to me & am glad he didn't! - I can be annoying with endless questions & nit picking charges but Adan remained responsive & professional) I signed the contract for these 2 letters & 2 symbols, with delivery, set up & after hours pick up, all for $301 - what a deal!! It would've been even less had I gone with 6 ('Mr & Mrs'), or I could've bought slightly smaller letters & symbols for slightly more, but I had no need for such. Seeing them set up in the wedding venue is what really impressed us. They had delivered to this venue before, and these were put in the perfect location to really illuminate the space & back drop perfectly at the base of the staircase for their grand entrance. I found her IG page a while back and didn't realize it was the same place until we spoke. She was very nice and listened to my ideas on my dream wedding. Everything she had to offer was exactly what I was looking for. She took pictures of my mom and I at her booth and said she'd be in contact. We were talking through text, Instagram, over the phone, and email. I sent her pictures of what I wanted and we scheduled a day to meet up at the venue to further go over everything. We spent about two hours there with my mom, grandma, and father in law. All which have different schedules, but took off to be there for the meeting. Jessica also brought her mom and they asked a bunch of questions, wrote down important notes, and I was told by Jessica that I would have an email sent to me with the invoice on everything I was interested in renting. She mentioned multiple times how excited she was to work with me and how perfect my wedding was going to be and she would get me that invoice by the end of the week. Weeks went by and I still haven't received anything in regards to moving forward so I contacted her. Then months went by and still nothing! Every time I reached out to ask for the invoice I was met with more excuses. (See photos) I was told events had "popped up" which makes no sense considering you have to book in advance to reserve your spot. So how can something just pop up that was so time consuming that you couldn't type up an invoice. I never received an invoice and I never heard back from her after I stopped reaching out. I was understanding in the beginning because I work graveyard and would have to reschedule some over the phone conversations. At the end of the day I was communicating and was dedicated. She waited so long that I ended up having to get/make my decorations myself. My wedding came and went and I heard nothing. If my wedding wasn't something you wanted to be apart of then just say so, but to point blank ghost a bride that was super excited to work with you is unacceptable and unprofessional. I was so shocked because I didn't see too many bad reviews. I'm not one to write up reviews at all, especially bad ones. At the end of the day if I can help another bride avoid the confusion and heartache that I felt then it was worth it. I'm still not sure why it happened, but to me it felt like I was judged right out the gate and was viewed at as unimportant. As if my money and my wedding wasn't good enough for her to waste her time on.

I chose T's Brain Freeze because of the pricing and no additional delivery fee. I looked at different companies but they wanted a $50 delivery fee on top of the rental. They called when they were behind on delivery due to freeways being shut down, arrived in plenty of time to set up and show me how the machine worked, and it all came on one cart. It was the hit of the party, everyone loved being able to serve up their own slushes-even the kids. We had alcohol on the side for adults. Every time I looked up, there was a kid getting another slushy. All 14 gallons of slushes were gone. T's Brain Freeze picked it up the next day within the timeframe they said they would. The next time I need a slush machine. I'll be calling T's Brain Freeze.
