I was quoted a price and given a date to return for pick up. I called the day I was told it would be ready and was told they were still working on it but that it would be ready the following day. The second day Anna called me early afternoon to say that I needed to come in after 5pm b/c it was still being worked on. When I asked her for the final cost the price she gave me exceeded the quote by more than $75!!! When I asked how come I was told the hemming was double the price b/c the dress was lined hence two hems had to be done. As well the jacket cost was higher "b/c the material is difficult to work with" I honestly feel as though I'm being taken advantage of!

Quite disappointing, I needed to shorten a jean skirt and specifically asked if they will keep/use the same hem. The lady didn't hesitate to say yes. But the new hem was nothing like the original. Also it was written clearly on the bill for 4 1/2 inches shortening, however only 3 1/2 inches was cut instead. It costs $24.99 plus tax. Will not recommend this place and never go back again.

Horrible experience…read more I will never go back. Bought a pair of jeans at the mall and decided to get the pant legs altered to fit. The lady was exteremely rude and the price was more than outragious! 20$ to hem pants!? I have had pants altered in the past and I have never been charged anywhere close to 20$. When I asked the lady why it was so expensive, she gave me a snarky remark and continued with the billing. I picked up the pants and when I tried them on at home I found that they were still way to long. Probably about 2 inches or so and I had to fold them just so they would not drag on the ground. I left a complaint with the company which did not resolve anything. I went back to get the Pants realtered because of their 30 day policy and asked her to remeasure, she made me wait for 15 minutes while she served customers that were behind me in line. I was so fed up that I just left. I will gladly pay the extra money to get these pants tailored again somewhere else. My advice is save yourself the headache and money and do not go here.
